Taco Bell - Pearl City (Kamehameha Hwy)

It is unreasonable for an extremely popular fast food restaurant, to close their lobby at 8 PM. People are barely getting out of their jobs and exiting traffic trying to get food. At minimum, the drive-through tends to be 15 to 20 cars deep, I have currently been waiting 40 minutes for my meal. Absolutely ridiculous and I would implore them to staff accordingly so they can operate at minimum 9 PM lobby service as well.

Repeated mistakes. Forcing delivery personel go inside (wasting their time and possibly damaging orders in the rain)

Made order recieve water damage and delayed because they forced delivery drivers to not use drive thru. Staff was cute though

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Food actually came out fresh. To the point where I even had to let it cool down first. Employees were very respectful. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you need a key to access the restroom. All public restrooms should be made accessible.

My review disappeared somehow so Ill repost it. Drive through is always backed up, they forget my order, and they've served me rancid food. Theres one worker there with some kind of problem, giving me the death stare and trying to push me away while giving me my order. Been going here for a long time, not anymore.

Food was hot and good for taco bell. They as most restaurants these days were short staffed. Drive thru line was long and a few people waiting in the lobby. The staff did a great job getting the food out. 👏🏻 thank you

Didn't have a few things on their app. Wanted to do a mobile order but some things weren't offered at this location that was on the app.

Always good tacos! If you are accessing without a vehicle,dining in or takeout, be advised they lock the door by 8pm! After that you may only be served through their drive through, must be in a vehicle!

Ate at this location on Tuesday. Ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and a cheesy gordita crunch. A few hours later I came down with one of the worst cases of food poisoning I have ever had. I still haven't been able to keep anything other than water down 3 days later. It will be a cold day in hell before I eat taco bell again. Would not recommend.
