Dunkin' (1170 Kuala St Suite 300)

Literally not exaggerating 44 minutes in the drive-through. I understand it’s short staffed, but that was like something totally else.

Very disappointing experience. The employee working the drive-thru was rude, repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to order, and rolled his eyes when I corrected him after he got my drink order wrong. His music was also so loud that it was difficult to hear him through the speaker, which likely contributed to the confusion. To top it off, my drink wasn’t even filled properly when I received it. Customer service was unprofessional from start to finish. I expect much better from Dunkin.

I just wanted a drink and was told to use the kiosk. Store literally lost a sale because an employee that was undoubtedly told by management to not serve and direct customers to self-serve. I wanted someone to take my order, not do work myself that an employee in the store is being paid to do. Won't be going back.

Disappointing experience every time. This Dunkin’ location is constantly out of basic items, whether it is donuts, flavors, or simple menu staples. What makes it worse is that they do not even try to accommodate customers or offer alternatives. Other Dunkin’ branches usually make an effort to suggest substitutions or help, but this one does not. If inventory issues are ongoing, management really needs to address them. Customers should not have to guess what will or will not be available. Unfortunately, this location stands out negatively compared to other Dunkin’ stores.

The lady this morning was sick& even she has mask she was coughing through the donuts being pack& didn’t even put tape to seal the dozen donuts(which definitely made my order cane off the box as soon as i put them in my car because not sealed properly).She was just there because i feel like she needed a job.the customer service is definitely lacking. I understand they are understaff as stated in the shop but i don’t think the standards of dunkin donuts should be as low as this.

The workers are kind & friendly! When I had went, it seemed they were understaffed at the time & were stressed but it’s to be expected! They gave me excellent service & my drink was made correctly even in their situation!

CHECK THE BOX BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! We haven’t had a problem until today. Ordered 12 donuts and all 4 Boston cremes were STALE AND DRY!!! I tried calling, just goes to voicemail. Drove all the way back up there. He gave me fresh Boston’s but hardly looked at me and never apologized. I was never given a receipt to begin with anyway. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY! That guy needs more training or off the drive thru window. CONSISTENTLY OUT OF DONUTS!!!!

This is the result of the girl working drive thru this morning. I asked for 2 lemon filled and she kept trying to correct me and say I must mean vanilla filled. I said it has lemon gel inside not white cream. She finally brought the correct item. I get to work and you can tell she jammed her fingers in.

Tried the Seasonal SugarPlum donut (dark purple frosting) with white sprinkles today! Saw the commercial and had to try it! So yummy. I’m not sure if it tastes like a sugar plum but it was definitely sweet. I liked it. We also got the Strawberry frosted with white sprinkles (always yummy!!) and plain glazed for my mom. Donuts are always soft and fresh! It’s always a happy day with donuts!
