They also take long giving food and won't tell you if your food is done or not they also need to clean the tables and please have good customer service they keep ignoring that's why I mostly do drive thru

They have terrible counter service! I’ve come a few times hoping that it won’t be so bad this time and I will not come back after today. I was ignored after the young man at the counter finished a couples order before me. I waited a few mins hoping he’d come back and take my order but he didn’t. He eventually did look up at me, he saw that I was there and then turned around and completely ignored me! Last time I was ignored at the counter also but when the lady saw me, she came and helped me. I wasn’t ignored. That’s poor customer service.

Worst McDonald's on the island! Only been here 2x and both times I waited a ridiculously long time. 2 ice cream cones, a cookie and a fountain drink, literally had me waiting for over 20 minutes!

Hire an entire new team. Waited 20 minutes to order. Sat at the window for 13 minutes before we could even pay, then got told to go park on the side where 9 cars were waiting already. This is not a fluke, this is every visit.

I paid, but she never returned to finish my order or give me my change when she came back. She didn’t apologize, and after waiting 10 minutes in line, it didn’t feel like the employee’s fault—it was poor restaurant management.

I sitting here waiting for my order for breakfast ordered 45 minutes ago. There rude and just want to ignore me. I live right across the street and I can’t even get any customer service. I’m not the type to complain but come on. Is this a joke?

It seems like no what time you come and no matter how busy it is they never have food ready. Everytime I come here I can order a single McChicken and I'm told to park on the side and wait for like 20 mins. I don't understand only McDonald's like that.

As with all McDonald's locations , humans are being replaced by order yourself kiosks. Gone is the senior coffee discount replaced with $1.78 ANY size coffee or drink. Gone is the FREE refills policy. Food & drink discounts can be had if you have the McDonald's app. As with most fast food restaurants SPEED of service is the ultimate goal. Welcome to the future me

A well maintained McDonald's featuring order yourself kiosks like all the rest of the modern remodeled ,reimagined restraunts of the future. A 24/7 drive thru is available lobby closes at midnight. There is also table service available & the workers are pleasant & hard working. Indoor & outdoor seating is available.

Not a cashier in site. Its all kiosk operated and workers in the kitchen could care less about helping anyone in front. Better off at other mcdonalds up the street near Foodland. After ordering on the kiosk, it still took 15-20 min to wait for a happy meal. Never returning
