Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (370 Kamehameha Highway)

The food is always fresh and hot, excellent customer service and speed. Never disappointed.

If the location closes at 11pm why is it always an issue with spicy chicken never being available & then offering different chicken then what I ordered, I politely declined & then the cook is constantly making remarks about having to cook chicken. We originally were going to eat in but the restaurant was freezing cold, to the point the food would get cold before you could finish eating. I’ll make the extra commute to Waipahu driving past this location just to get better service.

I ordered on the app for pick up. Placed an order for 3 orders of the $7 chicken tender deals for 3 people, plus the $7 fries deal. So I should have received 9 tenders for $21. Yet when I went home to feed my family I only had 3 pieces in the box and 2 people didn’t get their dinner. Then contacted the customer service app and it refunded me $10.99?! Um, I paid at least $14… plus tax for the missing chicken. Such an inconvenience with dinner and then now having to contact customer service twice trying to get a proper refund. My family is tired and hungry— this was supposed to be a convenient option.

Food was fine and hot. The staff had a hard time getting our order correct and others had the same issue. It seemed like chaos and there were only a few people inside and a few at the drive thru... Not sure why but not a very good impression of the staff and service.

Crazy, came in late tonight asked for spicy chicken sandwich combo. As you see from the receipt gave me a regular one and messed on one of the two combo sides. How hard is it to look at the screen and get things right ?? FYI worked 3 years in fast food. So it’s not hard. Do better !!!

Let’s get to the point. I’ve never had a bad visit until today at this restaurant yet I step up to the lie counter at 4:30 pm and they’re already out of most of their spicy chicken. I was able to negotiate a mild breast, 2 spicy thighs and spicy drum stick, I also chose a mash & gravy. Their Soda machine is not working so they can offer you is sweet tea and lemonade. Ultimately their credit card reader s at both registers. I waited 15 minutes as my food got cold. Darn order smash. P what was barely had gravy. What was the worst unprofessional behavior is that a cook was yelling at the manager in the back of the kitchen. They reduced their menu and they are out so many things. I should’ve went to the KFC up the road or the Popeyes in Kalihi. All I can say is get the spicy chicken breast ready get the soda pop machine working with all the flavors.

I'm very disappointed with this place! I went here to buy 3pc chicken, I ended up getting two. I didn't have time to check it as I went through the drive thru. Even though I live in the neighborhood, I WON'T BE COMING BACK.

We finished our small order of ghost pepper and sweet and spicy. So so but we finished it since we didn't want to waste it. Its edible. Alas, this is not the 1970s Popeyes in Louisiana. I remember the red cayenne pepper flakes on both the chicken and the fries. Perspiration would becoming off the forehead. Not here in Hawaii. Guess I will be going with the korean fried chicken.

I don't eat fast food often but when I do I really enjoy Popeyes. This Pearl City location understands the assignment! The service here is fast , friendly and follows instructions on the order. I placed an Uber eats order at this location and was very pleased with everything about my experience. There is only one entrance to Popeyes, heading West bound on Kamehameha Hwy. Take a sharp turn into Popeyes parking lot. There are a few stalls available if you are dining in or picking up an order inside. There is also a drive through available. Service here is excellent~!

Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…
