Papa Johns Pizza (98-1254 Kaahumanu St)

The lack of customer service was insane. We had a miscommunication. My order got canceled and they tried to contact me but my phone sends unknown #s to voicemail so I missed it. I reached out after 50mins of waiting so we were both annoyed. The GM “V” decided to hang up on me while we were talking through it all. I called back to place an order for pick up since I now had hungry kids waiting and whining. She wouldn’t even allow me to talk and threatened to call the cops on me for harassment! ✌🏽 bye Papa John’s. Never again. V best of luck to you and your short fuse🤙🏽 I’m sure it will take you far.

We’ve ordered pizza from here for years without a problem. Tonight, the delivery driver accidentally delivered our pizza to the wrong house. When we called, the staff and the manager were very professional and helped resolve the problem. Thank you!

Better than dominos. However they did thier cinnamon snacks, burned them and super dry. Pizza= good dessert= garbage.

Pizza was ordered with no onions and green peppers but was on pizza when received. Also, crust was doughy and not cooked thoroughly.

Edit:. Simply the worst Papa Johns I've been to. I ordered again. They forgot part of my order, the pizza was burnt and the cheese sticks were dry. Chain restaurant food isn't supposed to be high quality, but this doesn't even meet the lowest standards. Not cooked evenly, somewhat dry and crust was unusually thick.

Despite the tasty pizza and prompt delivery, the additional charge for what is typically a complimentary item was a bit disheartening. However, I still believe Papa John's offers a satisfying meal option, especially when ordered through DoorDash, and I would recommend it with this caveat in mind. Overall, I was impressed with Papa John's. The pizza tasted great, the delivery was quick, and the price was reasonable considering the quality of the food. It's definitely a go-to option for a satisfying meal when craving pizza.
