Jack in the Box - Pearl City (Kamehameha Hwy)

I ordered a CHEESE-burger, literally says cheeseburger on the menu and I received a hamburger, no cheese. Why do I have to specify add cheese when ordering when it says cheese in the name. Makes NO sense. Very disappointed.

I never eat jack in the box but tonight i said “hmm.. lets give it a try.” WRONG! THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE!! I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and when I got my order I saw everything in the bag only to get home and see that the #7 buttery jack burger i ordered was a HAM EGG AND CHEESE BREAKFAST CROISSANT!! if i wanted a breakfast sandwich i would’ve ordered one. very disappointing that i don’t get to enjoy my burger i’ve been craving tonight. never chancing jack in the box again.

Been coming here a lot lately. Customer service is great, awesome people. Never had a bad experience.

took SO LONG for delivery and gave me WRONG AND MISSING good items. i dont know why it takes so long 30 MINUTES for an order when the driver was already there so you had an additional 30 minutes before he arrived then another 30 minutes after. my order had ALL THE burgers missing how is that even possible and no napkins????????? save me some decency!!!!! cant even give me any napkins. make sure to check the order before you give it to the driver. HORRIBLE service wont pick up the phone.

If you’re looking for the absolute low point of Jack in the Box on Oahu, congratulations — you’ve found it. At this Pearl City location, the soda machine is basically a water fountain in disguise (fruit punch? Gone. Refills? Don’t hold your breath). The staff doesn’t bother to fix it or even put up a sign. The big window ads promise “Monster Munchies Meals” — but apparently, monsters ate them all before they ever reached the menu here. Cleanliness? Let’s just say the floor looks like it’s competing with the food for “least appetizing thing in the building.” And the restroom situation? You need a credit card to get in, because apparently they’ve lost the key to basic human decency. In short: this place isn’t just a Jack in the Box, it’s Pandora’s Box. Open it, and you’ll only find disappointment inside. Not recommended — we’re definitely not coming back.

This Jack in the Box is probably the worst on the island. I’ve been to it multiple times trying to give it a chance but every time they screw it up! Tonight’s shenanigans included the person taking the order in the drive through had an attitude and was being down right rude with his tone, they seemed to be impatient with us when we got to the window and annoyed for being there. They got our drinks wrong and order wrong and that happens every-time I go to the Kam Hwy location. Highly recommend not going to this Jack in the Box!!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼

The gentleman working the drive thru tonight on Sunday the 22nd named Sean is amazing. He knows how to handle issues well while multitasking under pressure. I really appreciate his kind and helpful service as well, he really went above and beyond just to ensure I was satisfied even though he was busy. He handled himself very professionally and I will return to this location again just because of the amazing service he gave. Give him a promotion!

I was just at jack in box yesterday and the cashier was laying back in the drive through and never made an effort to stand up to grab my payment that I was using. Also they gave us the drink and food first before I got back the debit card. To add on when we got the drink I didn't have a straw, the drink had no ice in it, tasted all just fruit punch when it was a sprite/fruit punch mix. Overall I never had that bad of a customer service experience like that till last night it was honestly disappointing.

Worst jack in the box ever. They took my order at 13:35 pm. I got to the window at 13:53 pm to pay and still wait for my order. And when i got it there’s missing. I’m missing curly fries and my sauce. When i asked for my sauce they want to charge me again for the freaking sauce. Seriously? After waiting for almost half an hour?the crew told me i have to pay for the sauce and i told her my nuggets comes with the sauce. Then i asked for manager the crew went at the back and call whoever the manager is and hearing them saying you can handle it while the lady crew is just new. Felt bad for the crew who doesn’t have a guidance from the manager. Just wasted time and money. Waited too long just to get an old nuggets and fries.

This was the absolutely worst I have ever had. It seemed like they had someone on their first day maning the register by herself. Then when we asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no sauce, only pickle and onion, they literally gave us ONLY pickle and onion. No one questioned it or verified that was what we wanted. Then all our burgers where burnt.... like super burnt. Fries were good, tacos were all right. I usually love Jack n the box, but never again. Absolutely disgusting!!!
