Domino's Pizza - Pearl City (Kuala Street)

First time here order the one with the pineapple we love it Come and try it

This was my first time ever ordering from Domino’s and it will probably be my last. The customer service was honestly terrible. The employee helping me wasn’t wearing a name tag, wasn’t friendly, and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. When I asked if my pizza was thick crust, instead of offering any basic courtesy or fixing the issue, she snapped back with, “No, you didn’t say.” Really? That’s the level of customer service here? Not even a simple, “Sorry, did you want thick crust?” If this is how Domino’s treats new customers, I’m not impressed. Absolutely awful first impression. Wow and they still made my pizza thin crust after all that even asking for thick crist they still made thin I will stick to PizzaHut.

Ordered here 3-4 times and will continue to! The pizza is always fresh and extremely hot when we pick up! Staff has been friendly and never had any wait with the app tracking being accurate. Glad to have a decent pizza place close by.

30/45 min wait turned it almost and hour and a half for delivery. Site tracking info is inaccurate. Called to cancel as to not waste the delivery drivers time but i had to listen to the AI rep for 10 minutes before i just ultimately hung up, delivery driver was professional and apologized for the long wait, declined the order and gave him a tip for gas. Poor customer service from start to finish.

Their pizza is more flavorful and has a better crust. Toppings good quality. Specialty pizza recommended is the Memphis BBQ chicken pizza very ono. For dessert lava cakes.

We ordered our pizzas on the internet. My husband went in to pick it up and he said there was a lady (Rosemel) who was working by herself. Delicious pizzas, affordable price and fast service. Great job Rosemel! 😊👍

I always order Domino’s for my kids, and this Domino’s always goes above and beyond never cold never stale it’s always fresh

This crust was so good today. Nice and crisp but light and fluffy on the inside. Toppings plentiful. Delicious pizza!

I have my food delivered, so I truly enjoy the atmosphere. I really love the Philly Steak pizza and my driver was so very friendly and helpful. This pizza is my new favorite!

I’ve been here three times as a walk-in. Each time the service people were courteous, they smiled, and moved with urgency. Each time questions I asked, they were able to answer & did not hesitate to immediately ask someone in authority if they did not have an immediate answer for me. Kindness, patience & a sense of urgency in service is so important & your workers showed that. Thank you & keep up the good work. And by the way, all three visits your pizzas were nicely cooked, quickly prepared & delicious, however you need to put out more menus. I’m happy service like this is in our community.
