Chuck E. Cheese (850 Kamehameha Hwy Suite 140)

This was my first time hosting a birthday party here and it went really well! I have celebrated my birthdays at this place for many years but I chose to hold my daughter's 2nd birthday party here as well. Since she is my only child I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I want to give a special thanks to our server Mahealani for making everything easy during our reserved time. We bought the Ultimate Fun Package which included 2 large pizzas, 2 medium pizzas, 4 pitchers of drinks (3 originally, plus an extra one) goodie bags, Dippin' Dots ice cream for all the kids and more! What I loved the most was that every character came out and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Even though she felt a bit overwhelmed she really enjoyed it.

We’ve visited dozens upon dozens of different Chuck E. Cheese restaurants around the country. While visiting Hawaii, I saw they still had the animatronics of the Munch’s Make Believe Band (instead of those new video screens everyone else has), so I knew we’d have to stop in to check this one out. I’m so glad we did! They had a bunch of fun games we don’t see everywhere, including the claw grabber for inflatable balls. All the other CECs we’ve been to have removed that game, and the balls now cost tickets. The standout star of the day though was Chuck E. Cheese himself. Not only was he roaming the floor, interacting with everyone, but he was super energetic. High fiving people, hugs all around, playing games along with kids. When it was time for the dance party, he hopped up on stage to perform, then danced and interacted with everyone. And at the end of the dance, they throw free tickets into the air for everyone to collect! So many other CECs we’ve visited, Chuck E comes out to dance, does the bare minimum for dancing, then disappears into the back again. Today’s Chuck E (July 4th, 2025) was so good! I was surprised to see a CEC with such a high review count and rating. After visiting, I can see that this one definitely earned it. It’s a shame this location is closing on August 10th 2025, but thank you for the fun memories.

By far the cleanest and best Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to. This place blew me away. Don’t let outside parking lot fool you, this place was great. Took my daughter here for her first Chuck E Cheese experience and this branch did not let her down. Very clean, no weird aroma, and sanitizer wipes spread all over. Just from simple observation, i could tell management really takes good care of this place and it shows through the employees also. The salad bar was constantly refilled and wiped down almost every 5-10 min and they get extra points for impromptu cleaning the soda fountain, observed an employee noticed the soda machine was little dirty, so she took the time to dismantle the machine and clean it inside and out…. Ive never seen so much attention to detail in cleanliness (bravo). Had to take a picture was so impressed. Knocked 1 start for the food because lets be honest its still basic chuck e cheese food lol, but all in all kiddo had amazing time and we would come back anytime. You won’t find a place for kids in town this clean. The staff were amazing also.
