Burger King - Pearl City (Kaahumanu St)

The food is normal. Terrible parking drive way set up and slow service makes this location a not so great experience.

Great food but slow in taking and preparing orders because of the compacted drive-thru layout. This is by far the most inconvenient Burger-King I've ever been to, regardless of the state or country visited. I will only visit this location as a last resort - and only if there is no cars at the drive-thru line when I arrive. Drive thru takes just as long as going inside, but once the line gets past 3 cars, you're waiting just to place an order, making this place more like a "slow-food" restaurant. Don't ever park in the immediate lot after turning in or you might get stuck in the parking stall from cars lining up for the drive-thru service. Good luck!!

I ordered the big fish sandwich. Tasted and looked like it had been deep fried several times. Was dry. I also ordered large onion rings which were okay, not the best tasting ones I received there in the past. The service was good. The young man who handed mee my order was smiling and sincere in his greeting. He was that personable in my past drive through service there.

Service super fast but I paid $7.01 for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant that is smaller than my palm that tastes like a cardboard box. Prefer McDonalds bacon egg and cheese McGriddle anyday. I don’t remember seeing any tables in there! Next time I’ll stick to the french toast sticks but here they only offer the 5 piece, whereas in town they offer the 3 piece as well.

foods fine for fast food but no matter how much you explain your order they'll get something wrong and usually end up charging you for something more expensive than you originally tried to order.

Order my burgers plain but the counter person did not do so. He had a hard time canceling my order to ring it up correctly. Ending having to tell the cooks in the back order from the front was to be plain. He finally cancelled on the credit card machine. Took him a while.

I love Burger King, always have but guys the Pearlcity location service is so slow. Drive thru slow. Waiting for your food slow. They deaf in the drive- thru and think staring out the window at you will help them get your order right. Maybe they reading lips idk.

This lady definitely treated me badly please pray for her I always give a five-star review regardless of the service I try to be kind and show everyone love I used to stop in this place on a regular basis I would always get coffee and hash browns because of this lady I just go down the street to Zippy's they also have coffee and hash browns try to remember to always be kind to others we never know what they're going through my name is Mr grateful and I am never leaving Oahu

We were at the drive thru. Foods always great. Just make sure if you go avoid going dinner time between 6pm-8pm dinner rush is crazy. 4 cars in front of us and it took about 20 minutes till we got to make our order. And then another 15 till we got our food. Almost 40 minutes waiting in line at drive thru. Other than that they got our order correct which is a plus considering how busy it got and how many cars before us were walking back inside because I guess they didn't get there orders right? Any time during the day this burger king is no problem. Just be wary of the dinner rush

Today my husband had to have another medical procedure done this side of the island so we decided to pick up Burger King for lunch. I really wanted to try the Frozen Strawberry Nerds drink since I really liked nerds as a kid and it was a hot day. It was sooo refreshing and yummy!!! Tasted exactly like nerds before you even get to the topping!! Tart and sweet and cold!! I wanted another one!!! Highly recommend you try this if you’re a nerds candy lover or if you love frozen treats too. I had my usual impossible whopper but my husband accidentally ordered it plain so it was pretty much naked 😓 the onion rings made up for it since there was a lot. He had his usual favorite double whopper. Good meal. Order was accurate as well so that was great. I will definitely drop by again for a repeat on the Frozen Strawberry Nerds and order the Rodeo Burger next time as well! 06//04/2025 Had the Rodeo Burger Today. It’s Tasty. Just the right size for me but if you have a big appetite it will not be enough.
