The Right Slice

We passed The Right Slice on the way to our hotel in Waimea and I told my husband we must go! I got the lilikoi cheesecake which was delicious—citrusy, acidic, yummy! I also took a mashed potato chicken meat pie to warm up at the hotel. It was just fine, but I don’t think it was worth $17. The crust didn’t bake properly, even after over an hour in the oven. Soggy bottoms aren’t my favorite, but the flavors were good. I’d like to go back and try other some of the other sweet pie flavors. Definitely stop by for the sweet pies and the delightful customer service!

I popped in here for a quick treat and was so happy I did. The crust was perfectly flaky and tasted super fresh, and the fruit fillings actually tasted like real fruit instead of just sugary syrup. It felt like a cozy little neighborhood spot, and the person working behind the counter was really friendly and helpful with recommendations. It is definitely worth stopping by if you have a sweet tooth while you are in the area.

This place is stuuuuuupid good!! Each pie was unique and delicious with high quality ingredients. The lilikoi cheesecake was the best I’d ever had, I’d drive across the island for a slice any day! Also enjoyed the lime, chocolate mocha and chocolate coconut macaroon. Good grief, too good for words, just go!! Bonus, staff is also very sweet💜And for dine in they use real plates and silverware. Update- went back a second time lol. Coconut cream made me cry, it’s that good!Looking forward to coming back for the savory pies

I will absolutely be back for entire pies. I got two slices to go and ate them both one sitting. The Chocolate Coconut Macaroon is actually to die for and Lilikoi Cheesecake was perfect.

We got three different slices - blueberry pina colada, mango lilikoi and tropical lemon. All were delicious. The blueberry pina colada was my unexpected favorite. It’s amazing how well the pineapple and coconut complement the blueberries. The drive there was beautiful and I really liked the small town Kaua’i vibe. The lady who worked there was very friendly and helpful.

I found the Right Slice from an old photo of their pie vending machine in the Harbor Mall. So glad we stopped in! They have a list of pies flavors available by the slice along with whole pies and savory ones ready to bake. The lady behind the counter was super nice. We got a slice of the chocolate coconut and mango lilikoi. Boy, do I wish there was a pie vending machine in Harbor Mall. The pies were delicious. Sorry, ate them before taking a photo. Parking is tricky with limited spaces in front and busy traffic. Persevere and you will be rewarded with tasty pie.

Had to pull right off the side of the road once we saw pies ahead. And they did not disappoint! The ladies inside were delightfully friendly and helpful, and the pies were spectacular. Had a coconut cream slice with whipped cream on top while deciding what to get for later. I will forever be dreaming about my coconut cream slice even when enjoying my blueberry piña colada and my mango lilikoi. Slices of heaven! I should also mention I got a savory pie for dinner. I may turn into a pie, and gladly so! PS had a bite of my friend’s lilikoi cheesecake, it didn’t last long enough to make it into a picture. Chef’s kiss delicious. Legit the best one we’ve had in years.

came here and got the Mac nut pie slice which had all the roasty Mac nut properties you would find around the island so that was tasty and it's a bit more sweet than I would have expected and it's a small slice but actually not a bad size given how sweet it is. and I would say it's a bit pricey for a slice of pie but I think it's a good decent quality slice so would recommend for a slice to try
