McDonald's - Lihue (Kuhio Hwy)

I stopped by for a quick bite, but the whole experience was pretty frustrating. The ordering kiosks were glitchy and didn't seem to recognize half of my selections, and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours with wrappers all over the place. My order was wrong when it finally arrived, and the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out way too long. Definitely not the quick, easy meal I was looking for today.

Hands down the most disorganised McDonald's on the island. - won't deliver past KCC: -- You live outside of Lihue? Don't want to drive? Well good luck with that- despite several other establishments delivering outside of Lihue, you won't get it. The Pizza Hut right next to them? Oh yeah they deliver out to Puhi. That one pizza place in Kapaa?? Yeah theyre more than happy to deliver to Pugh AND Kōloa. - Curbside takes 5 years -- oh yeah, you want to pick up curbside? Budget for 30 minutes because that's how long you'll be waiting. You'll have better luck doing drive thru pick up, bc you'll quickly realise you can make 3-4 laps through the drive thru before your curbside even comes out - constantly muck up burgers -- the first time I ever tried a Big Mac was at this store... I ordered a quarter pounder. Oh yeah, not to mention they'll sometimes omit ingredients or put mustard when you ask for none. The only positive thing about this place is the employees are funny and nice. But this McDonald's does not have their things together outside of a friendly face.

Not to many McDonalds service rice. I had a Delux plate that had Portuguese Sausage, Spam and steamed rice. I also had a large coffee with sugar and cream. What is unique about this McDonalds they give you a package thst has a plastic fork, knife and a Aloha Shoyu Packet and napkins. Kudos to the staff and management. Please give them a merit raise and a extra 15 minute break. Note did you folks know that the pies are deep fried, While other places bake them. So awesome.

This McDonald’s is just as nice as the Kapaa one. Yummy food, good service, nice staff, goodish bathrooms, overall it’s 5 stars.

McRib was a novelty, so lucky to get one! All modern equipment, drinks are prepared fully automated. Just a relaxing Mc Donalds restaurant with a great choice.

What a good expérience. I was used to the restaurants on the continent … And this one is the opposite. The food is Tasty, not too salty. The unsweetened tea is really unsweetened ! The restaurant is really clean and the staff super nice.

Why do you not allow refills on fountain drinks like every other McDonals in the US does???? This really irritated us. Our locations at home not only offer free refills but on the app you only pay $1. I feel like you’re taking advantage of tourists and locals for that matter.

Mcdonald's - Hawaiin style... Although being a typical fastfood chain, I love that it incorporated local food into their menu.

KS#3, amazed at how well she works and was very pleasant despite line. Must be quite hard but - way to go aunty! Food was pretty fast and hit during morning rush hour. I went inside but drive thru was quick moving. Just lucky? Not sure but nice, clean, convenient location. Came back next day to same location because was in the area. Paulette?, cashier, very nice lady along with other workers. Way to go! 🤙✌ 9/18/21 Hit the drive thru. Not bad considering car line was out to the road.
