Subway - Kihei (Piikea St)

This is my favorite Subway location. The staff and owner are extremely sweet, helpful, and truly exceptional. The store is always clean and welcoming, and they create such a comfortable environment. Even during a rush, they work efficiently and make sure everyone is helped in a reasonable amount of time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I definitely recommend choosing this location.

Everytime we come in here Brody is super kind and patient with my and my son. It can be busy with the line out the door and he always has a good attitude and is super efficient. Thank you Brody for always making our sandwich experience awesome.

The only reason why we ended up here was because a neighboring eatery was closed on Labor Day. It must've been a sign to keep me on track to limit my red meat intake as I was craving a hamburger steak lol! ATMOSPHERE: This shop is located in the Piilani Village Shopping Center. There's a few seats inside along with communal outdoor ones. FOOD: Subway Club My usual go-to sandwich was a bit funky here. The Italian bread was crumbly all the way through, possible due to being old I'm guessing. So unappetizing! The second miss was the cheese. Their cheddar cheese was a blend of cheddar and a white cheese, finely grated like a bean dip topping. What the... SERVICE: Service was friendly and quick. Sanitation seemed good. OVERALL: Just another Subway but be forewarned that their bread may not be fresh.

BRAND NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNER! This store has completely turned around, all new staff, overall refresh. The sandwiches are generous with toppings, I always go for the meatball marinara. Service is quick. It's located back in the shopping center. Anyway, check it out again, the people sure seem happier too now. Big change!

Received this way. NOT because of DoorDash but how it was packaged when made. WHAT A COMPLETE MESS!!!! Whoever made this sandwich should be ashamed and retrained to do their job the right way!!! No wonder the reviews are so bad for Subway at Piilani Shopping Center. Owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the work their employees are doing!!!!
