Pizza Hut - Kihei (S Kīhei Road)

It's a pizza place so no surprises but you need to know that they are very busy at open times. So if you want to lunch at 12:00 as they open, you have to pre-order online because when we came the line was huge all of pre-ordered pizzas.

Tim is terrible at customer service. I came to order a pizza to go, and he didn’t acknowledge me for over 5 minutes & just overall rude. Won’t be back.

Always busy at this location, it is small but if you order ahead for pick up the food comes out fast and the order is always correct; delivery however usually takes a long time and sometimes the delivery driver changes multiple times which extends how long you wait for your order to arrive.

Wish i could give this place ZERO star. Standing in queue waiting for my pizza for more than 2 hrs now. Manager is absolutely biased towards whos order he should prepare first. Its all mess

**Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Long Wait Times** I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my recent experience here was truly frustrating. First off, we had to wait for over 5 minutes just to place our order. When we finally did, we ordered a pizza and garlic bread, and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The display even showed a pick-up time of 11:32 PM, so we thought everything was fine. However, after waiting 45 minutes, we only received the pizza—no garlic bread in sight. When we asked the server about the garlic bread, she responded very rudely, saying we'd have to wait an additional 20 minutes. By this point, we were already late for our tour. While she did offer a refund for the garlic bread, it didn't make up for the delay and the poor attitude. Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired. The service was unprofessional, the wait was unnecessarily long, and it caused us to miss out on plans. Definitely disappointed and won't be returning.

I had the worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut at this location on South Kihei Road with an online order. I got a coupon code on T-Mobile for a free flatbread when you make a $1 purchase. I live in Maui and I know that some coupons aren't applicable in HI, but this one was. I downloaded the app and placed an order for another flatbread with the intention of providing a snack for my kids. I received an email confirming the order was in and went to the store. I waited while people were working in the back. I saw my pizzas and they were handed over as I prepaid in the app. I was getting in my car when I heard my name called. I did the right thing and went back in. I was told that I still owed $5. I explained that I paid in the app. I showed an email indicating the order total and payment online. The person helping me said her name is Amanda and said if I wouldn't pay $5 more, then she was taking the pizzas. I asked to speak with the manager to reconcile this and she informed she is the manager. I asked why I should pay more for product I already paid online, but she just insisted her register was showing that I owed $5. I requested a refund and she reprinted my receipt and explained that she refunded me and it will take 3 days for this come back on my credit card. I still have to wait to see if this is indeed the case. What I don't understand is if you made the product AND I had an email receipt that indicated the order was paid online, why would you not accept it and handover the pizzas? I never thought Pizza Hut was good, but my wife and I talked about it over the weekend and then this coupon turned up and I thought it was a sign to give them another try. With this service experience, I have a lot to talk about when somebody brings up Pizza Hut and none of it will be positive. Instead of giving me the chance to try their new product, she left a bad taste in my mouth. Worse than hunger...I went home to kids empty handed. I am truly disappointed by the experience and don't plan to go back. Thanks for the awful experience.

As someone who has worked in the pizza industry for over 10 years. I don’t really expect much from a fast chain like Pizza Hut. But I feel like this needs some attention so the next person doesn’t experience it. When you order a thin crust heavy topped pizza you want to taste every ingredient in every bite up until the crust. As you can see here everything other than pepperoni is dead center of the pie. This causes a lot of problems. One the pizza is going to cook uneven being very saggy especially in the center. Two, literally every slice is only half covered in the toppings that are supposed to be on every slice. And three, when trying to pick up a slice all the toppings period are going to fall off the slice and onto what ever. You can clearly see every slice is only half covered and pepperoni is exposed. Pepperoni is the first ingredient. If it was done properly I shouldn’t be seeing that. I would expect much more for 50 dollars for 2 pizzas.

We ordered online through door dash and our entire order was abysmal. BBQ chicken pizza came with practically no cheese, no sauce, no flavour. Was hard as rock, and looked and tasted like cardboard. The cheese pizza we ordered, we added mushrooms ham and pineapple, and the pizza came with almost no toppings. Our driver got all the way to our complex, and decided to drive all the way back for the Diet Pepsi that was missing, which was another 20 minutes we had to wait for the pizza. Not only that but he was given regular Pepsi when we asked for diet. My husband is diabetic and the pop was specifically for him so that was nice. The wings were undercooked, and on top of all that we were given zero sauce (which we ordered) so we couldn’t even attempt to make the horrible pizza taste a little better. Probably the worst pizza we have ever eaten, definitely not up to pizza huts standards were used to. We tried to reach out through door dash because we are expecting full compensation and they gave us a measly $25 credit. Worst experience and worst food. Would never order here again.
