Insider Dining & Tips
To ensure you have the best experience, advance planning is essential. Reservations should be made at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially during the peak tourist season or holiday weekends, as this popular venue fills up quickly. For the most comfortable experience, aim to arrive early to secure a prime seat near the stage for the show, which blends traditional dance with storytelling. While the service team is incredibly efficient at keeping guests hydrated, don’t be afraid to flag them down for extra helpings of your favorite buffet items—hospitality is the heartbeat of this event.

Our grand Hyatt luau
The location was awesome…beachside and a large lawn/garden setting. It was a beautiful evening. Our server kept us ‘hydrated’ all evening, the freshly cooked pork was phenomenal (tasty and hot), and I loved the bread pudding. The show left something’s to be desired. In particular, the young boys or teenagers dancing were okay, but it felt like it was a shopping mall show rather than a prime resort luau.
