Pizza Hut - Wailuku (Eha Street)

Had to update my review since it was specific to the Maui Mall Village location which is no longer. This Wailuku location is pretty good. Our order is usually on time. The new way that Pizza Hut does their marinara pasta though isn’t good. We do still like their chicken fettucini pasta and specialty pizzas.

I ordered 6 pizzas on app 9/30/2024. Was supposed to reach me in 30 mins. I called to update because my app wasn't updating me even when I asked for updates. 35 mins went by, I called PH, & they couldn't confirm my order and wanted to input my order again. I was so upset, I didn't want to order again. So I canceled order to order with another pizza company. Pizza Hut called me an hour layer telling me they had my order and will deliver to me.. I told them don't come to my house. The order wasn't confirmed!! Super irritating!! If PH would've told me they were running behind to deliver, I would've been okay with that.. but they told me didn't have my order.. DON'T CALL ME TO TELL ME ORDER IS COMING HELL NO!!!

I enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time. I've been ordering through the app for carry out deals. The last couple of times I picked up my order, there was hardly any cheese or tomato sauce on top. For the most part, they're a good location, and I do hope they stay open.

Place an order for a take out and my have gotten the wrong order. I ordered the my hot box with peperoni and Italian sausage with Buffalo wings. What I got instead was Italian sausage pizza no peperoni and chicken bits with heavy Buffalo sauce sadly I had no choice to eat it because my lunch is only 30min.

Terrible experience at the Wailuku HI store. App said 25-35 minutes for delivery. I called at minute 54 and no one answered. Food arrived barely warm. I clicked the box for no contact delivery and guy stood there holding the box at my door. Never again!!

Online ordering is always a breeze. I was able to order and get an estimated time of delivery. We ordered Pizza for Pi Day 😂 It was nice to receive a call from our driver (Mona?) when she was leaving the store. It was rainy so it was nice to know when she would be arriving. The pizza we ordered was delicious and we throughly enjoyed our order! Mahalo!

I really hope they’re having the supervisor or manager on duty work the counter with their wait times for BOTH my visits this week being over an HOUR- it’s extremely sad if a regular employee has to get yelled at over their “staff shortage” issue that’s actually an excuse more than anything. When you ask the cashier how much longer as your items should have been ready according to their board they ignore the question and hide out in the kitchen rather than helping push out pizzas. A major retraining would probably do extremely well. Sadly the longest wait I’ve heard of so far is 4 HOURS and it’s because “they’re short staffed”. When I call no deals or specials are read or given I have to look them up myself causing me to look at dominos instead as I don’t feel the workers value customers.

I usually love pizza hut, which is why I have the app on my phone but my last order was horrible! I ordered the big dinner box, some boneless wings, and a few 2liters. Spent almost $100. On the whole order, I'm on crutches unable to walk so I sent my friend to pick it up for me from Eha st. (The Wailuku pizza hut). My big box had 3 pizzas, the cheese pizza was supposed to be 1/2 cheese 1/2 jalapeño, the supper supreme was not only doughy & way under cooked but was also missing the extra jalapeños that I was definitely charged for! Not sure what the Buffalo pizza was like, they didn't put one on my plate & I couldn't walk. The chicken was like meatless fried chicken skin. I was so disappointed in my order & the app has nowhere to make a complaint or no way of speaking to someone about your order. On top of all that, I called & called, no one would even pick up the phone at the Wailuku location.

The two large pizzas I received Saturday evening was very ugly. One of the pizzas had no crust on half of the circle. The toppings look like they were just thrown on the meat lovers and was not evenly placed. Half of the pizza was empty while the other half was full of meat. The crust of both pizzas were very ugly. I was very disappointed in this order.

My pizza was cold and dry and inedible. The wings were either over cooked or in old oil or both and also inedible. As a former PH RGM I’m betting my order sat in a delivery bag for a long time before being sent out considering my wait time. I tried calling and kept getting out on hold. Worst PH experience ever. I won’t order again and want a refund.
