Down to Earth Organic & Natural (s)

Visiting the island and staying in Kapolei. We needed organic food and the grocery stores did not have a great selection! We checked out Down to Earth and it was great! Awesome selection of organic veggies and fruit! Also a great selection of organic cheeses. Since we both have heath issues that require more attention to what we eat, we were excited with the amazing selection of everything we wanted! The store was well staffed with very helpful employees. We will most definitely go back while here.

This store has fulfilled little vegan soul. This store is 75% - 80% vegan. The hot bar has so many vegan options and has so many organic products that I see at home in California. This store is where it's at and the only place I shopped on the island other than Costco. The store is clean, friendly and has vegan cheesecake made in house. Way to win my heart Mahalo

I visited today specifically to try the new Bretman Rock endorsed drink, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I paid $25 for two drinks, which is a premium price that should come with a good service. While waiting, I noticed one drink sitting on the counter for a long time. At least 6 or 7 customers who came before me received their orders and the drink has been in the counter since then. When I was finally called, I was handed that same drink from the counter—noticeably melted and watered down from sitting out. I’m not usually one to complain, and while the staff have definitely seen the disappointment on my face, nothing was done to rectify it. Please remind your team that customers can see the preparation process from behind the counter. When we pay full price, we expect a fresh, high-quality product. I hope you can improve your service standards to ensure this doesn't happen to others. February 3rd, around 9:30 am

I have heard about and passed this store multiple times, and decided to give it a look today and was not disappointed. The fruit and vegetables looked really good, and unlike most shelves in most stores in Hawaii, the shelves were all fully stocked! Anyone looking for organic and natural, this is a must stop for you.

I like this store because not only do they have typical market things, they also have Fresh produce, groceries and a prepared food section They also have quite a few aisles dedicated to health goods and nutritional items Their hot food section is noteworthy. There are salads, wraps, sandwiches as well as lasagna and vegan/veggie pizza Ample outdoor seating if you want to sit outside and enjoy your food/drinks Located within a small strip mall so ample parking available
