Wendy's - Wahiawa (South Kamehameha Hwy)

As I was posting I lost my pictures . It would’ve shown - - Sour cream to open is upside down - No chili sauce , was given a “cholula” hot sauce - Menu board and kiosk did not change at my first appearance at 10:34amHST until 11:16amHST as I was getting ready to leave Friendliness - - No greetings at opening of door from people who were auditing and being audited - Door should be fixed as it slams , rather it is very loose to open shut - The workers have no smiles - Wiped my booth chair - Homeless with dog and cart was outside front area , upon entry Actually left (12:11pmHST) after restroom use , clean , water on counter only LATER - - new Homeless entered to utilize AC No - - This location does not serve chili at breakfast hours Others like Aiea, Mapunapuna and when Kunia was open, under renovation .. they serve chili Good note - - convenient for my liking chili and baked potatoes and a salad as well !!! - AC is great - Somewhat clean

This is their lazy half baked attempt at baconator fries. Why bother? Why not just give me the finger instead? Avoid this place

It’s unbelievable how often this Wendy’s runs out of basic items. This is a huge chain, not a mom-and-pop shop. Poor ordering and weak management are obvious. Rose “The store manager” is failing to meet the standards Wendy’s is known for. This location seriously needs new leadership with real experience and respect for the brand’s core values. Do better.

Will never go back they constantly mess up orders or don't give us everything tonight was it for me ordered a baconator got a son of baconator ordered Dave's double meal and didn't get it had to explain to them over and over in the line we were missing a drink didn't get a receipt or anything they gave us the drink and reassured everything was in the bags then when I get home and call them they say they can't find my card info or anything proving I went there then told me I can drive back and they would give me the sandwich idk about you but the drive there and back for a sandwich ain't worth it will be eating at Jack in the box across the street from now on better service better food

Every time we order from them the food is incorrect cold and it doesn't taste fresh or freshly made at ALL. We went there in person just to see if maybe it was the Uber eats delay and the food was still DISGUSTING. My kids are very very particular as in what food they like and they love every other Wendy's besides this one which says a lot.........🫩

Just ordered on uber eats from this exact location, when I got my food everything was cold and they gave me a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate one that I had ordered. Also I would like to know who works here because what is this?

First, the worst I will begin to start with is their women’s restroom has wet toilet paper and wet floors in both stalls. Their dining area where my son and I were going to sit has a big mess and the tables were dirty. I had to lysol their toilet and their dining table. It’s really gross and they he whole dining area has not been attended to neither the restroom.

We were so excited 😊 to eat here at this blast from the past iconic restaurant. I was disappointed 😞 die to the fries tasting old & it was cold, burgers also barely warm. The drinks were appropriate taste & temperature.

DO NOT EAT HERE, YOU WILL GET SICK!! Should have known to pick somewhere else to eat, when we got there we were thinking it was closed. No one was visible inside and there was no line in the drive through. We went here earlier today, got sick, never again. The drive through lady seemed super annoyed. The portions are super small, they're like kids meal sized. The burgers smelled and tasted funky, the nuggets were just weird, the fries were the only thing that was okay, but even they were not right. On top of that the sauces were already opened when we got them, needless to say we didn't touch them. The only "good" thing was the wait time. Our food was ready right after we ordered. Will not be coming back. McDonald's is league's better compared to this place. And that's saying something considering I'm usually team Wendy's all the way. Don't waste your money or risk your health by coming here.

Best of the Fast Food Restaurants. Burgers tasty and juicy. Even their chicken sandwich is good and not overly peppered like McDonald's chicken sandwich. Great Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty. Hot fresh fries. Delicious salads. The best chili and baked potatoes. Convenient location in Wahiawa. Ample parking and seating. Great Customer service. Fast drive through. Fancy soda dispensers for all combinations of soda inside. Usually a crowd during weekday lunch, but fast service anyway. Air Conditioner is a little colder than most.
