Going after 8pm is a waste of money. Food will be old or sold out, employees will act like they hate their job. Go to Malai Thai right up the street they’re open till 8:30 and the food is way better.

1/5 stars for service. The woman running the drive through was very rude. She was rushing my husband through his order. When he tried to order my meal, the woman was irritated and short in her responses. When we pulled up to the window, we were met with an irritated woman who took our card, ran it & said nothing when giving it back. We ordered two diet cokes, a plate and bowl. We received one diet coke right away. We then waited 6 minutes for the next diet coke. After that, we waiting another 5 minutes when I shouted through the drive through to get someone’s attention to ask what was taking so long after seeing multiple people standing around and making faces at each other. He responded kindly. After another 4/5 minutes, we got our meals. We said thank you and nothing was said from the employees. Overall, it was not a great experience. A little heads up that something needed more time or the meal wasn’t finished would have been nice instead of us just waiting in the car with a screaming baby.

Was SOOOOO ono to eat at wahiawa pandas. Ordered chow fun noodles with honey sesame chicken and chicken mushroom. What's with the massive load of vegetables at this place? More than half of my noodles was cabbage and cabbage that my fork couldn't even stab through it. Also, the chicken mushroom is always lil bits of scrap chicken. Mostly vegetables too. And it's pretty much like that all the time when eating here at wahiawa pandas. Everywhere other location of pandas always serves a good portion of meat or chicken. But in wahiawa, you'd be lucky if you can find it. I am totally disappointed to have spent the time and money for a plate full of cabbage and hardly any noodles... Mind you I am not a vegetarian or did I order a vegetarian plate.

We’re visiting from California — where Panda Express originally started — and we’ve got to say, we’ve never seen a location this clean and with such a hard-working crew. The restaurant was spotless, the food was fresh and hot, and the friendly service made the experience even better. Kyla truly went above and beyond. She was not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but also one of the most hard-working team members we’ve ever seen. She made our visit extra special, and it’s people like her that turn a quick meal into a great memory. Amazing job to the entire team - Keep up the awesome work! WOW!

I touched an embedded hair shortly before finishing it, I've been there several times and everything was fine, but today it was terrible, I don't know if they changed the person who cooks but it doesn't taste the same and apart from that I had that 🙁

When we stopped at the Wahiawa Panda Express tonight it was really packed both inside and at the drive-through window. I guess a lot of people celebrated Valentine's Day with Panda Express food. Haha. My husband and I had to drop folks off at the airport tonight and we never celebrate the holiday on the day of because every place that serves food is normally super busy. Despite that, the food tonight was excellent. I ordered orange chicken, beef broccoli, and Beijing beef. My husband ordered beef with green beans and honey walnut shrimp. The food must have just been made because the orange chicken and Beijing beef were crispy on the outside rather than soggy. I would have given them 5 stars except they ran out of brown rice and the steamed veggies had to be made and I waited for the new batch to come out since there wasn't enough for the two plates I ordered. That aside the food was good. We love Panda Express and will probably eat here for the rest of our lives because of that.
