Excellent sandwich shop! We stopped here while exploring the island & looking for a quick bite. Portion sizes were huge with top quality ingredients. The bread was delicious. The staff was awesome too. We got a quick tutorial on the layout of the island and recommendations on places to swim and enjoy on our trip. If I lived in Hawaii I would go here all of the time.

owner was wonderful immediately started throwing out recs for us - both for what people usually buy and things to do/restaurants to visit sandwich was very yummy for how simple it was too - we got #6 which is the popular choice with honey mustard and pepper jack. the bread is sweet hawaiian bread so it worked very well :) and it’s massive chocolate chip cookie was good too

We recently ordered 6 trays of subs from Sub Shack for my son’s birthday party, and let me just say — we had never tried them before! Based solely on the great reviews, we took a bold chance and ordered the trays without knowing how they tasted (definitely a leap of faith 😂). And WOW… we were not disappointed at all! The subs were absolutely AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly made, and beautifully arranged. Every single person at the party kept asking where they were from and went back for seconds. It made hosting so much easier knowing the food was such a hit. On top of that, the customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. You can truly tell they care about their customers and the quality of their food. We are beyond happy with our decision and will definitely be coming back more often for our own family meals. I truly hope Sub Shack continues to grow and gain many, many more customers — they absolutely deserve it! Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday even more special! 🎉🥪
