DON’T ORDER ONLINE! No matter what you do, they will NOT start making your food until you arrive. The only redeeming quality was the lady supervisor. She was INCREDIBLY nice!

It's Very Expensive, Compared To Other Pizza Chains And Pizza Taste The Same.

Save your money. This Papa John’s location is charging nearly double what the other pizza joints (Pizza Hut/Domino's) in Wahiawa charge. I was ready to give Papa John's a shot for a change of pace, but as soon as I saw the total, 🤯 I went straight back to Pizza Hut. The math just doesn’t add up for a fast-food chain. Skip the price gouging and go elsewhere.

Pizza had no cheese on over half of it a should have never been sent out to a customer. Including a photo of what i received vs what i ordered . The person I spoke with over the phone (Karina I believe) said there were no drivers to send out a new pizza which was disappointing. However she was friendly and did offer to refund me for the pizza

I cannot even pick up my pizza without the toppings falling off. The pizza was not like this about a month ago. Must be new hires i don’t know but the pizza is awful

If you are ordering here on their app for delivery "DONT" I placed my order at 0930 before they even opened for a delivery at 1130 at 1150 or so was showing being prepared. I called in to find out what the problem was and they said they didn't have anyone to deliver it. This is ridiculous I was offered the opportunity to go get my order and nothing else. Papa John's you need to fix things like this and offer compensation. Check your online reviews of this location it is shameful!

BEWARE. I was scammed, placed an order online, they called back said my credit card didn't go through, I proceeded to give them 2 more cards over the phone, they said it didn't go thru and they would comp the pizzas, odd I thought cause I offered to pay in cash, long story short, they did charge my card, and the credit cards I gave over the phone. Both the numbers were stolen and immediately started being used. I had to shut down my credit cards, this store was no help and didn't seem to care, either someone here is stealing card numbers or there is an elaborate scam by a third party. BEWARE

Standard Papa John's experience. We ordered through Uber Eats and the pizza was great. No complaints at all, we'll be ordering it again!

Ordering a pizza at 2:30 for delivery of two pizzas at 6, then to be told at 610 that the pizza would be here in 15 minutes. Only for the delivery driver to show up over an hour later is really unacceptable. The pizza was lukewarm, at best and the cheese was hard. The new app doesn’t give any info and no one answers the phone. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different location.

I’m sorry. I have to rate you one star just based on wait times alone. This is the second time I’ve ordered papa John’s in the last month and had a 125-135 minute wait time. In short, I ordered my pizza around 7:30. Pizza got here at like 9:50. That’s insane even being short staffed. You need to hire more staff if that’s the case. I waited so long for my food I fell asleep and saw that it was already 9:30. Fearing my food had already came and been dropped off a while ago, I checked the app and to my surprise it wasn’t even here yet!
