Jack in the Box - Wahiawa (S Kamehameha Hwy)

Today I was denied the restroom as a paid customer and as pregnant person, the young kid told me it out of order however there was no signs of it being out of order for both restrooms

Jack in the box suuuux. Nothing at all without meat, bad attitude about it, and the food is awful. I had to use the restroom and was rudely told that “restroom is for customers only,” as if i did not intend to order. There was no one else even there. And there’s a reason for that. I mean, after I did order, I could see why they thought that, cause I would never do it again. Person seemed reluctant to open the door. Again, there was definitely a reason for that. The restroom itself had no soap, no toilet paper, and a big dying roach on the floor (He probably ate the food there). I should have just gone to the waterfront rec center, as there is a bathroom there, and probably coulda gathered something better, but I didn’t know at the time. Live and learn! To be clear, I do not blame the workers. It was so awful being there for a short time, that I can’t even imagine how awful it must be to work there. Any little deviation in the usual would make it that much worse. I hope that all of these people get decent jobs somewhere decent. In the meantime, my advice is to stay clear.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Easily the worst Jack in the Box I’ve been to. The food was below average, and the service was just as bad. Definitely not coming back.

If there was a minus star that would be it... Absolutely trash. Should be closed. Don't know how it got a hawaii food pass. Bathrooms are not functional. No soap. Toilets leaking. Don't get me started on staff. Needs serious attention. They can't even make a jumbo jack correctly. This store should be shut down. Remodeled and new staff. Absolutely no customer service. Avoid this store. Felt sick after eating there today. How can you operate in this fashion?

this jack in the box was once one of the best I have been to. in my last few orders they forgot the chicken in my grilled chicken sandwich, leaving me with a trash grilled cheese. they swapped my spicy grilled wrap for a fried grilled wrap... burgers still good, but anything grilled or low fat expect them to screw it up. also service has slowed down in last couple months... still salty about the grilled chicken sandwich

This place is dirty and the workers completely ignore you. Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes, workers passed by us over and over without saying a word. They helped a homeless man though get some Coke. Didn’t even get to try the food as no one would help us… so we left.

Ordered a spam platter on the menu it says to upgrade to fried rice for $1.50. Platter was originally $7.59 but the lady was trying to charge me $15 to substitute regular rice for fried rice. I asked her when I got to the front window and she kept telling me that’s the price to substitute to fried rice but yet it was advertised on their menu for $1.50 . Not only that I order this at other location and never had a problem. They ended up fixing the charge but then when I received the food there was barely any fried rice .. I recommend checking the prices and your receipt or going to a different location.

I phoned to ask for a manager, no manager in right now. I placed an order off of looking at the drive thru menu board. I ordered a jack wrap of which the picture shows tomatoes in it and there was none. I phoned to report it and the gal says it no longer comes with it. The fries was not warm. It tasted like it was sitting, stale. The drive thru people spoke tooooo soft and even in person at the pick up station, cashier “Christine”. Janice also speaks soft. I asked her when should I call back to report and speak to a manager, she said no manager until tomorrow. Seriously no manager, management ?

Update: It's an almost typical Jack in the Box restaurant. I usually just drive through here due to either homeless or sketchy folks hanging around inside. I usually come here because I got the late night or early morning munchies. The service is pretty quick here and the food is decent. You can order from any menu, breakfast, lunch, or dinner and they will make it. The shakes can be a little thick here so prepare for that if you order it. Old review (yet still relevant) Kinda dirty inside. The food is overall okay.

We stopped by on our way back to Honolulu after visiting the North Shore for snorkeling. It was late evening and this place was just about the only place that was open for a quick bite on the way back. The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quick and tasted good. We were in town visiting from Michigan where we do not have Jack in the Box stores so this was a new experience. Burgers tasted fine and the curly fries were real good. Ordered a package deal that also included tacos which were interesting but not my favorite. Place looked clean. The side door facing the parking lot was not open and we almost turned away but the front door was open. We had to direct another couple of people to the front door as we were leaving.
