Insider Dining & Tips
Little Fish Coffee is immensely popular, and queues can wrap around the corner during peak morning hours. The ultimate insider secret? Use their online ordering system via their website. It is a seamless way to bypass the physical line, often saving you 20 to 30 minutes of waiting time. If you prefer to order in person, try to arrive before 8:00 AM to beat the primary resort-goer rush. The outdoor seating is limited but charming; grab your items to-go and take a short walk to the nearby coastline for a scenic breakfast with a view.
Location & Parking
Located at 2294 Poipu Rd, the cafe is easily accessible if you are staying in the Poipu resort area. Parking is available in the shared lot, though it can become congested during mid-morning. Worth the wait!
When we approached the Little Fish parking lot from our walk down the road, the line wasn’t so little. However, we were not disappointed when we received our order. The house coffee was great! Hot and full bodied like I like it. The traditional açaí bowl was delicious with fresh fruit cut up and homemade granola. Finally the breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel had a fresh cut tomato, egg, perfectly done bagel and a flavorful pesto schmear. Definitely worth the wait or just order in advance on their website.

Interesting concept
Did not try the coffee. Got a smoothie and it was just ok. Had a somewhat bitter after taste. Could have been the whey protein powder. Not a big fan of whey protein.

Brilliant breakfast açai bowls
We were staying in one of the resorts across the road from the cafe where the breakfasts were expensive, so we decided to come here. First day we drove on our way to a day out on the island but gave up when we saw the queue. Testament to its popularity. The next morning decided to try online ordering which worked like a dream and probably saved us 20+ minutes of queuing! We had 2 açai bowls which were excellent. Great tasty, healthy, fresh ingredients. It’s not cheap, but nothing on Hawaii is, but it’s absolutely worth it. We loved it so much, we did the same again the next day. Highly recommended, as is the online ordering.
