Wendy's - Kapolei (Kapolei Parkway)

Good burgers but again smaller in size and higher in price than previous, a national trend these days.

This location is very convenient for those who are looking to shop retail and grocery. Located in the Kamakana shopping center close to Foodland. I ordered online for dine in and it was not busy. It took awhile to get our food so I knocked a point off for that. Great seating options for familes and small groups with a nice view of outside. Food was made correctly and tasted great. Cleanliness by the windows needs some improving but other than that it was a nice experience.

This place is a hit or miss. No matter what time of day. You can come through the drive-thru and you feel rushed to make your order. Then you get to the window. And you're presented with the lack of customer service. The hamburger buns are always cold and soggy. Why is it? I feel like things are not sanitary? That's what I get when I eat when these food. Which is why I eat it maybe once a year. Lack of customer service. Quality of food is horrible. I'll pass.

02/08/26. I waited for a good 19 minutes before they took my order and once I’m placing my orders the lady inside seemed like she hated being there and took the anger out on me and my fiancée.i asked for my receipt but she told us there was other people behind us which made me feel uncomfortable and just left. I hope to get a refund but im afraid to see the people there waiting for me for which she said she was going to bring when I first asked her for my receipt

Double check your order in the drive thru, because even if you call and say you're missing an item, they'll tell you to come back to get a refund, everything seems behind the times when other restaurants or chains could easily handle something like this over the phone or through their app.

I’ve been to this location only twice the first time having had a horrible experience I tried to give them a second chance. I used to drive thru both visits. Their fries are always soggy, and cold. And they’re Frosty’s are actually put into a cup and frozen, not dispensed properly like a nice smooth frosty is supposed to be. Twice I ordered the same thing twice they came the same way. I don’t know if the owners realize this, but this location has a very bad reputation. Too bad because it’s a beautiful Wendy’s from the outside.

Very good location on the corner. I had a double cheeseburger without a bun.

I stopped by Wendy’s and asked at the window if I could get my burger lettuce wrapped instead of a bun. The employee said “sure,” but instead of making it as a lettuce wrap, they just put shredded lettuce on top of the burger. If lettuce wraps aren’t an option anymore, I wish they would have simply told me that rather than pretending they could do it. It was disappointing and left me with a meal I didn’t order.

I used to love Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich—it was my go-to meal for years. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill, and it’s incredibly disappointing. The sandwich I received recently was pathetic: a tiny sliver of tomato, a sad piece of lettuce that didn’t even cover the bun, and a chicken patty so small it barely filled the sandwich. This used to be a favorite, but now every time I give it another chance, it’s a letdown. Consistency and quality are key, and Wendy’s is failing on both fronts. I really want to love this sandwich again, but it’s hard to when it looks—and tastes—this uninspired.
