Ulu Café

Don’t get the pepperoni pizza. It is the worst pizza we have ever had. However, the breakfast pizza was a great way to start the day. How could one taste so bad and the other so good makes no sense. We really enjoyed their acai bowls. This is a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Also, if you want a hot dish like chicken fingers you can go straight to the cash register and order it.

Nice spot for breakfast even though it is a bit pricey. We had a cinnamon roll and the bacon breakfast Flatbread. The cinnamon roll was surprisingly moist and the Flatbread was served fresh! Nice way to start the day if you're not looking to go into town. If you are looking to save a bit though, I'd recommend going to one of the many options less than 5 min drive away

Ulu Café at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is an absolute must! Hands down, the best poke bowls I’ve ever had. The tuna was unbelievably fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so delicious that I completely forgot to take a picture—I was way too busy savoring every bite. Truly unforgettable poke! They also have the best açaí bowls ever—fresh, flavorful, and refreshing, especially perfect in Hawaii. My kids couldn’t get enough of the food either. Their pizza was one of their favorites, and the French toast was a huge hit as well. As for me, my go-to breakfast was the salmon breakfast bagel… and wow—to die for. Perfectly balanced, filling, and so satisfying. Ulu Café has something for everyone, whether you’re craving a quick bite, breakfast, or an amazing poke bowl. Quality, flavor, and variety are all top-notch. I can’t recommend it enough—we kept coming back again and again

Ulu Cafe is your all-day, resort cafe—everything from breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and dinner. The prices are fair, and the menu selection is pretty good, with plenty of fresh options. The staff were all kind and helpful, and they opened early at 6:30 am. At Aulani, I would visit this cafe at least a couple of times a day because you can purchase a refillable Aulani mug and get fountain drinks, coffee, hot and iced tea, and hot chocolate for free during your stay. It was also the perfect souvenir. That was a great perk during our visit. I also ordered some lunch and dinner on a couple of occasions for convenience. The menu has a good variety, and the quality is decent for resort food. We've ordered pizzas to take to our room or enjoy on the beach or poolside. My family tried the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Catch Of The Day, and they enjoyed it. They have spam musubi available fresh in the morning, but when they sell out, that's it for the day. Get yours early! There are some tables on the patio, and the vibes are nice when it's not too busy. And during the morning, you can grab a table at Off the Hook restaurant if the patio is filled. The grab-and-go food and treats are fresh, and the desserts look amazing, too. You can also purchase a whole cake for special occasions. Whenever the munchies or thirst hit, Ulu Cafe will provide.

I love the variety of food and the excellent quality of their hot menu items. Small store but has everything from healthy vegetables to cookies and healthy açai bowls there breakfast bagel sandwiches are amazing.

They are of course overpriced for what you get, but that’s Disney. And if you’re visiting Aulani my guess is you know Disney. I did find that the all you can drink soda mug was actually a good purchase despite it exceptional price. It’s also helpful to know that there are salt and pepper and various other condiments available and they are in the part of the café that doesn’t require you to purchase anything.

I would describe this place as Disney’s paradise. Clean, attractive, I recommend the pizza, breakfast waffles, and for dessert I know it is pretty expensive but the Mickey cake looks pretty good. I hope this review has helped you very much and to everyone who reads this can you follow me please.

The Ulu Cafe is definitely convenient and is open all day which is great. We ordered plenty of food here throughout our stay and all of the food was very good. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of how it operates. Some food items are grab and go, others you walk up and they prepare it right there, and others you order at the register and wait. The ordering and waiting was always quite long and there was frequent confusion about where they were going to bring the food out to you. Since some food you have immediately and other things require a wait, we often had situations where someone was already done with their food and someone else in our party was still waiting for their food. The simplest solution seems to be to enable mobile ordering which they do have for one other restaurant at the resort. Ordering ahead would eliminate this hassle and make the experience all around more streamlined. As a side note, if you're looking for refillable mugs and/or popcorn buckets, this is where you get them.
