Absolutely amazing! The gluten-free burger, salad, and cheesecake were all incredibly delicious. If I come back to Hawaii, I will definitely choose this place again. Even though we arrived unexpectedly, the staff carefully prepared a table for us. I was also so impressed by the wonderful service. We will definitely be back — thank you so much!

Oh dear, the other reviews mentioning wait times and quality of food are oh so true! What a disappointment. In the area from Australian we called in for lunch. Initially told 1.5hrs for a table we were shocked since there were lots of empty tables, then as we turned to walk away we were offered a "bar seat", which we grabbed... then sat for over 5mins before we were asked for drink order, which we placed with a food order... soda served immediately but after 40mins no sign of food. We asked and the server walked off to the kitchen to miraculously have food with another serving arrive - plates SUPER hot, food dry and bottom of bun and sandwich soggy. Yep, no doubt our food had been sitting for sometime under the pass heat lamps. Why? My burger was the worse food I've eaten on our trip in Hawaii. Soggy bun on bottom, dry meat, almost cold chips below the top layer. Pasta was ok. Club sandwich was meh, with a soggy base. I expressed my dissatisfaction abd our server had the manager steak to me, he asked what the problem was, listened, but felt all very "I really don't care", he did comp the burger and sandwiche, which relieved some of the pain. There is clearly something wrong here. Our experience echo's what others have added in their reviews. Management need to take action here urgently. In the meantime there is NO WAY I would recommend this place. And unfortunately because of the lunch experience we didn't bother with the cheesecake which we had hoped to try!

Our waiter was Corey C. He’s fantastic! His service was amazing and fast. He was super polite, kept a smile on his face, and kept checking on us to make sure we were okay with everything. Our food was delicious. We made sure we told him how much we appreciated him:)

Don't know if we just happened to go on an off day - but it sucked. Fish&chips were old and cold. The avocado eggrolls tasted great, as always, but they seemed to have also been cooked sooner time ago. The young man waiting on us was very polite and nice - but the old lady bartender was treating him very rudely.

I'm extremely disappointed with our dining experience and take out. A ribeye steak should never be tough or chewy. It should be tender and juicy, with just enough fat to make it flavorful and enjoyable to eat. The take out food didn't match the menu, and the discrepancy was a total appetite killer. Pictures from their menu included and the takeout pictures was these. I hope management addresses this consistency issue. Thank you.

We had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. It had been almost a year since our last visit. The pulled pork BBQ sandwich was great. The meat was tender and juicy. We had Buffalo Blast for an appetizer. Chopped up chicken in a Buffalo sauce and cheese in a fried chicken style wrapping. Very good.

Celebrated my birthday with a friend and had a great lunch. Our server Richard was very personable and attentive. The challenge was deciding what to order, both food and dessert. Lastly, we appreciated the special birthday dessert, which prompted me to buy a couple of slices of cheesecake for later. 🤙🏼

We got there half an hour before our 4:30pm reservation. There was literally no one there but had to wait 20 minutes. Seems like you can’t avoid waiting. We order lots of small plates. The spaghetti and meatballs. Fried zucchini was good. Orange chicken was good. The Thai shrimp was fried, didn’t expect that. Wasn’t that great. The street corn was great. The sliders were huge! Like the size of McDonald’s hamburgers. All seem to be undercooked. The calamari was good, the sauce needs work.

It was amazing! The food was so good. It was very rich and creamy my pasta and I love the portion size is so great that I could take home. The service was so spectacular. I was celebrating my birthday and it made my whole night the best! I was able to get my free cheesecake here and they put so much effort to make my day so special. The cheesecake was so delicious had full of flavors and melted in my mouth. I will definitely come back here again.

Bottom line: Nothing to complain about. Went in for lunch had some chicken with pasta and some cheesecake of course. The service was good, pleasant and attentive. No complaints... The food was tasty, well made and was presented well. The cheesecake was very good. Personally I've had better but this is in my top ten, for sure. The restaurant was clean and comfortably cool. It seemed very well maintained. All in all it was a pleasure eating there. This was my first visit to a cheesecake factory and it probably will not be my last.
