Teriyaki Madness (s)

They were great when they first opened but now every time we go the food comes out different. So inconsistent in the food prep/cooking. But this last visit was the worst. Orders 6 bowls and 1 side of tofu. After paying they said they were out of tofu so they subbed it with teriyaki steak. Got home with $100 worth of food and almost all the bowls were wrong. Wrong proteins and flavors. And the teriyaki steak wasn’t even cut up, whole pieces without any sauce on them. I used to love this place but after repeated disappointments, we are done.

I ordered the junior teriyaki breast bowl with fried rice. Flavor was really good but nothing that I couldn’t get just as good at any other local restaurant. A little expensive for amount of food. Would return.

This place has gone down significantly. My husband went to this location about a week ago to place an order he arrivals 15 minutes before closing and when he reached for the door it wouldn’t open an employee looked at my husband from the inside and pointed to the sign. The signed said opened and they were not suppose to close until 9pm. I was really upset about this but fast forward to today we decided to give them another chance. I placed an curbside order on the App at 7:40pm June 23 2020 it said food will be ready at 7:55pm. I waited until 8pm then I called. The female employee on the line ask someone how long this order will be she comes back in the phone and said it will be a while exact words. Mean while my order is suppose to already be ready. But I was patient. I didn’t get my food until about 8:30pm. I reached home around 8:45pm now ready to eat my food and they got my order wrong which is confusing because I made it through the app and it was very specific. Not only was my food wrong but my husband plate of food was burnt. Well I tried to call them at 8:50pm they aren’t suppose to close until 9pm but no one answered so I called back to back for about 5 minutes no answer. 9pm come now they are close and I’m stuck with the wrong food and burnt food that I spent 30 dollars for and now I have to call tomorrow when they open what a big headache! when you are spending your hard earned money on expensive food you expect to get quality food and service. Although, I liked their food in the past the quality and service has dropped tremendously and I will not return and I do not recommend.
