The kailua pork bowl was better than expected... I'd go there and have it again

I received amazing customer service with no difficulties. My order was delivered on time, and everything was served quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience pleasant. I am very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend it to others.

I’m curious to know why Taco Bell in Kapolei does nothing to secure the safety of the drinks being delivered? That same sticky tape used to close the food bag can be used to secure drinks as well. I initial thought it was a mistake, no I see that it is simply bad practice that is repeated. Customers deserve to receive all of the food items in a secured manner. How hard us it to make sure the drinks aren't tampered with? That is a lack of consideration for customer safety. Do better Taco Bell! You can afford it.

Horrible in the evening!!! VERY SLOW, bad service, bad customer service, bad management, very disappointed. I would recommend closing this location instead of deceiving us into thinking the service will improve. Bad bad bad!!!!!

The service was good but my order was not correct. Received steak when I requested chicken. But if it was chicken I’m sure it would’ve been good.

🚗 Driver was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and warm 😋. Door Dash app easy to use and navigate through the different levels 👌.

They never can get my order right in Kapolei. Order #366. 2nd week I ordered supreme tacos…Again NO TOMATO! After I complained and told the guy I never got no tomatoes last week. Make sure there is tomato. I get home and no tomato. Unreal. And they don’t answer there phone either. Why can’t they have an answering machine if they busy. Also last week there was 4 slivers of cheese. Rip off! Frustrating and I’m not going to drive all the way back there!!!!!

At a little half passed midnight, This location got my order completely wrong. Should've known better but I only checked when I was in the freeway already. I tried to call a couple of times but got left with the busy tone. Workers must've given me someone else's order cause not even the drink sizes were correct. Paid more for less.

Fast friendly service. Clean and tidy dinner area and the napkins, straws and forks were fully stocked. But the best part is they serve Kalua pork for their Power Menu Bowl!! Nice!
