Taco Bell - Kapolei (Kapolei Pkwy)

Drive through staff was great! Izzy took our order and did an awesome job. Food was good and we received it fast. Impressed by friendly and intelligent service!

Order was incorrect my bad should of checked it at drive thru food was low temp also the sweet iced tea no ice and Luke warm

My burrito was served cold, other than that it was good. If you search this TB in Google you end up in a different location.

What is this? a kids taco? This taco is like 5% filed with meat

We arrived at 831pm and wanted to order inside. When we got to the door it was locked. The sign read 6am to 9pm. I'm not sure if they close earlier to clean up or if hours changed. The boy taking our order seemed to think everything was funny. I got to the window and asked why the dinning room was closed early and he stated " I don't know" and started laughing! I asked him what was funny but he didn't respond. They gave us one napkin never asked if we wanted sauce and the food was not good at all. Disappointed in this location! The store is in the heart of Kapolei a main hub to many things. Taco Bell needs to step it up!!! I don't think it's too much to ask for decent food and good service and hours of posted operation to be given to paying customers! Sorry for the rant! THIS IS NOT FOR THE KAMAKANA STORE BUT FOR THE ONE NEXT TO KFC AND LONGS DRUGS OVER BY CHILI'S. THATS WHERE WW SHOULD HAVE GINE INSTEAD! THEY ARE ALWAYS FAST KIND ANS SERVICE ORIENTED AND THE FOOD IS GOOD!

Got the current box deal; street tacos with steak only had 3-4 pieces of steak each, so they were mostly bread & onions. One box was supposed to have chips instead of cinnamon twists & they forgot that. No complaints on the workers themselves, but there was a pretty long wait for such underwhelming food.

We were in the drive thru for literally 40 minutes, not exaggerating. And I should have checked the bag because they only gave us 4 cheesy roll-ups instead of the 5 that we ordered. The order couldn’t have been any simpler.

ordered the dipping taco. they didn't have the shredded beef so I had to pay extra for the steak. after 15 min I finally got it and it was the ground beef. waited more the finally got the steak. it was a ridiculous $4.20 . it was so small and had about 8 small bits of over. done steak

Went through the drive thru tonight around 10:33 and the young man working the window informed us the credit card machine wasn’t working. He said he would have to ring us up at the front register. We drove off after our food was handed to us and the young man ran out, chased us through the parking lot (we were already in front of Cheesecake Factory) to make sure we got our card back. Much mahalo to the young man for going above and beyond saving us a trip back ❤️🤙🏼

Matt and the gal working alongside him were excellent examples of perfect customer service this morning. Polite and friendly while still keeping at a highly efficient pace. Also a shout out to the grill team, yall are killing it. I get food from here all the time and never has an order been wrong. I would highly encourage all the employees get a raise for their efforts. Very well done!
