Shout out too Rocky and Jon they where very kind and help out us a group of 10 and just patient with us first time to Hawaii and they gave us a good experience.

Newer and better employees... $8.99 for the meal of the day (6in sandwich comes with small fountain drink and 2 cookies or chips) $3 more for a footlong. For pastrami lovers out there, a scoop of pastrami is already double meat on a 6in so for a footlong its 4x the meat per 2 scoops. Every additional meat and cheese are listed on the board on the wall behind sandwich artist. Also no refills of ice or fountain drinks since it doesn't have a dining area. They also have soups: baked potato and cheddar broccoli it goes well with the sandwich as a dip and it comes with a spoon and crackers 😋 Cookies are 3 for $2.82 and 6 for $5.64... don't be scared to speak a little louder since the oven toaster tends to be loud when toasting sandwiches. MAHALO 🤙🏽 YESSAH BLESSAH NO STRESSAH 🙃

the whole team was friendly and joking around and honestly i had a lot more fun ordering my food than i do at most places! rocky specifically was super sweet

Ivy, i think is her name, the lady with dreads or braids, must either had a bad morning, or just unhappy w/ her job. Zero customer service from her. No greeting customers as they come in, just straight “What you want?!” in an irritated tone! She also spent a good 15 minutes wiping down a small machine while her other coworker simultaneously made 5 subs by herself. The line got really long and instead of stopping what she was doing to jump on the line and help make subs, she stayed wiping down nothing on the little meat cutter. I know cuz i was watching her do it the whole time i was in line. Not a single crumb, just stayed wiping nothing while her one coworker handled all the customers!

12/26/25 around 11:00AM the most rudest darker skin lady working. She had the worst attitude when talking to me… so rude that the ladies behind me also noticed how rude she was. subway, you need to double check who you guys are hiring cause she had the worst customer service i don’t even wanna come to this location anymore. however, the darker skin boy working that rung me up was nice and had good customer service, maybe the lady needs to take some notes from him because there was no reason for her to have an attitude with me.
