Pho & Company
About
A Bowl of Comfort in the Second City
When you step into Pho & Company, the first thing that hits you is the rich, aromatic steam rising from bowls of slow-simmered bone broth. Located right in the heart of Kapolei, this spot has become a local staple for those craving honest Vietnamese comfort food without the fuss. The space is minimalist and bright, making it an easy pick for a quick work lunch or a casual evening wind-down after navigating the busy H1 traffic.
The Craft of the Broth
The menu centers on precision. Their signature beef pho is the star here—clear, fragrant, and deeply savory—served with generous portions of fresh basil, lime, bean sprouts, and sliced jalapeños for that necessary kick. If you aren't in the mood for soup, their vermicelli bowls topped with charred, lemongrass-marinated meats provide a perfect textural contrast, pairing soft rice noodles with crisp vegetables and crushed peanuts.
What to Expect
Expect a straightforward dining experience. The staff is efficient, which is ideal if you are on a tight schedule, though it can get quite bustling during the peak lunch hour when the local office crowd pours in. While the dining room has a modern, clean aesthetic, it can occasionally echo when full, so it is better suited for casual conversation than intimate meetings. It is a no-frills, flavor-forward destination that brings authentic Southeast Asian sensibilities to the West Oahu culinary landscape. Whether you are a dedicated fan of traditional brisket pho or looking to try a refreshing spring roll wrapped in delicate rice paper, this Kapolei establishment hits the mark consistently.

A place we frequent was closed due to a graduation, so we decided to give this place a go based off the reviews. There were a lot of people inside which seemed like a good sign. I ordered Pho Tai and my husband ordered the Butterfish. I asked for extra garnish because the garnish really enhances the flavor and I asked for my meat rare. They gave me the meat rare, but the extra garnish consisted of 2 slivers of onion and maybe 3 pieces of green onion that they put on the meat plate. I’ve never gone to a Pho establishment that was greedy with toppings. Even the vegetable plate that comes out before your meal barely had anything on it. My husband however did love the Butteredfish.

This is a good restaurant. The staff was very accommodating for a large group with multiple kids. They have a robot that will drive around with appetizers on it if you order them. Food was relatively well priced and ultimately if you want to I think this is a pretty good spot.

I ordered the large size pho and it was good but the mango smoothie did not taste anything like mango at all. Service was super quick. Nice place for a family dinner.
