Olive Garden - Ka Makana Ali'i

The overall experience was not too bad. We did go in there with my grand babies who just wasn’t having it that day for some reason but our waiter CHARLES was so amazing and very attentive! The food was delicious as well and the mango tea was refreshing! Thanks CHARLES for your amazing service!! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding Service and Delicious Food! I recently visited this Olive Garden and had a truly wonderful experience. A huge shout-out to our waitress, Angel, who was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly attentive throughout the meal and remembered all of our orders perfectly. It is rare to find such a lovely person with such a great attitude, and I will definitely be back and will make sure to ask to be seated in her section. You should as well! The food was just as impressive as the service. We enjoyed some hearty pasta dishes. We even celebrated a special birthday with a decadent slice of chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and made for a perfect outing. Highly recommended!

Solid experience at Olive Garden Kapolei. Charles was our server, braddah was on it the whole time. Super chill, real friendly, and made sure we was good from start to finish. Drinks stay full, food came out quick, no stress at all. Food was what you expect, but the service made it way better. You can tell he takes care of his tables for real. Easy five stars. If you go, ask for Charles 🤙🏽

I asked host (did not get name) for outdoor seating and he immediately went out himself and cleared a table for me and didn’t appeared bothered. Very nice gentleman, he obliged with no problem. Waiter Picklez was awesome and was prompt and came at exactly the right time when I needed service. I asked specifically for my pasta to not be brought out at the same time or shortly after my soup and he followed through. Nice simple lunch. Thank you for the great service.

We came to Olive Garden for valentines with our kiddos. We asked to sit outside due to our daughter with a disability. The staff had no problem with accommodating us. My son almost immediately spilled his drink and Zance was so kind to us about it. He brought over napkins right away and was telling my son who was crying it was okay. Our food came out really fast which was great dining with kids. Zance checked on us constantly and gave us refills before I needed to ask. We will be back again soon!

Aloha! ID HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO THIS OLIVE GARDEN IN KAPOLEI! I had a waitress named “SHAELEIGH.” She was so amazing to me and my boyfriend. We went for our anniversary and she made sure our experience was extremely pleasant!!! She gave us our drinks & food in such a timely manner, she made sure to ask for ANY needed refills (water, breadsticks, salad, etc…) We are there regularly and have amazing experiences with their waitresses, but she put the cherry on the cake! I tipped her $50!!! This was such an amazing service. The hostess was extremely nice as well and made sure our wait wasn’t too long.

Angel was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was so good, and her positive attitude made the whole dining experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Olive Garden is always a great choice. We love coming here, free breadsticks, good food, and solid drinks never disappoint. The service was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The wait was about 20 minutes, which is pretty normal, but everything moved smoothly once we were seated. Overall, great food, great service, and a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 🍝🥖🍷

We went to Olive Garden for the Never Ending Pasta Bowl after seeing it advertised on Hawaii News Now for $13.99 per person, which sounded like an amazing deal, especially in Hawaii. When we got there, it turned out to be $19.99 instead, but we decided to try it anyway since we had already driven out for it. I ordered the salad and rigatoni with the spicy three meat sauce. The salad was just as good as I remembered from when I first tried Olive Garden back in college: crisp, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The pasta, however, was a little strange. The sauce made my mouth feel tingly or slightly numb, almost like an “acidic” sensation, but not spicy. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and really made the experience pleasant. The ambiance was cozy, smaller than most Olive Gardens I’ve been to, but still nice. Unfortunately, the pasta didn’t sit well afterward. Both my partner and I had some stomach issues for the next day or two 😅. Not sure if it was just an off day for the kitchen, but I’d probably try a different sauce next time if I ever go back again.

This is our third visit at this location. Wait was about 20 minutes to be seated at 8:30pm. Restaurant was very busy and very loud. Our server was Tasha, she was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She gave us the best experience here so far. We had their current special, the endless pasta bowls. Food was good. I was happy that I was allowed to have a half alfredo and half marinara pasta dish. It reminded me of the old Pizza Hut Fettuccine Neapolitan. Overall, our food was good, but our waitress is what made this experience beyond our expectations. Again, thank you Tasha for serving us.
