McDonald's - Kapolei (Farrington Hwy (walmart))

I was there about 1pm today 4/20/26 Monday It was horrible horrible service. I think she was duty manager with gray shirt on she doesn't know how to run the store was very rude and MEAN she shouldn't be duty manager and price was high compared other McDonald's. Check out all other reviews horrible I will not go back there again.

worst service, we were waiting for 2 $5 meals for 40 minutes, it was so filled since its valentines tomorrow and all the workers are taking their SWEET TIME on all the orders, mind you there was around 15 people in there also waiting for so long also while the workers were moving SO slow. matter fact they weren’t even calling out numbers or meals but just placing it on the counters for people to check in the bags to see if it’s theres. HN: they missed our fries, we ordered on the screens, online paid & the receipt didn’t come out.

Instead of making new fries, they will just scoop up the stale old fries and put them back in the fryer. Dining area, is dirty, trashed and unappealing

This McDonald’s is located just inside of Walmart, to the right. It’s a tiny one, but serves its purpose well. I guess the only downside is they’re never in a hurry to help or get you your food, Not exactly fast food here. They have fried apple pies here which are delicious. Just be careful cause they’re heat bombs too. There’s a monitor that you can use to pre-order with. There are a handful of booths inside.

The service here is horrible, and regardless if you do a mobile order, they screw it up nearly every time. Curbside can take a half hour, you're better off just going in the store and not ordering ahead. Make sure you open up your bag before you leave because most likely your orders going to be wrong anyways.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! "Short staffed" is a poor excuse for unhealthy and unsanitary conditions!!! Trash overflowing receptacles AND at LEAST 10 bags of trash piled IN THE STORE DINING ROOM AND ON TABLES!!! If there is enough staff to take the time to change out trash bags... they they can spend an extra few minutes to take trash to dumpster! Lazy and poor management! How this place got a pass from health department is beyond me. Walmart worker states it is ALWAYS done this way, so not a rare occasion! FIRE THE MANAGER AND STAFF! VISIT WAS ON 10/20 AND AT 2:01PM! Should be easy enough to figure out who was on shift. Food still arrived at look warm temp and wrong order honestly would have gotten money back if didn't pay with credit card.
