KFC - Kapolei (Farrington Hwy)

We waited in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes and were told at the window that they couldn't give us the drumsticks and thighs for our 2pc meals. They should have told us when we ordered so we wouldn't have had to wait in line for nothing.

The chicken is not good as before the original chicken is so cripy rock solid when i got home back 2000 kfc is #1 fastfood chicken the standard is top noch but now the management they dont care about the quality of there food I feel like everytime i order the chicken is srinking i got smaller than smaller. The thigh part and leeg part is almost chicken nuggets size

This place, OMG, was the worst fast food restaurant by far. You've won the title. Congrats! Consumers should be aware. It's been years since I visited KFC but I saw this ad about "$10 Tuesday" deal for 8pcs chicken so I decided to give it a try. It was an online only offer so I downloaded the app and order it online. On the app, it said my order should be ready in 5 to 15 mins. When I drive to the KFC, there were 5 people ahead of me in the line and I was waiting in the line. The app said my order should be ready at the quick pickup counter but there was no such a thing there. So I had to just wait and wait...for another 30 mins! When I finally told them I just needed to pick up my online order, then just started to prepare my order, which took about another 10 mins. It was unbelievable to see them as if they had no concept of processing online orders. Tonight's lessons learned was "Don't come back to this place ever!" especially when there are better options (Popeyes or Jollibee or Raising Cane's) available. Ok, that was on their service. What about the quality of chicken? I became super hungry after the long wait, but despite that, the chicken was not tasty at all. The batter had no flavor and heavy, and the amazing staff even forgot to throw in any sauce. It was quite an experience!
