I took my great granddaughter in to play n ride the carrosel horse ride, she had fun but it's for older children and adults I didn't eat there and I spent $30 on about 6 little rides a bit pricey.

Fun date place or somewhere to take the kids. Good food and great service.

The service was amazing. We felt welcomed and was taken care of quickly. The food came out in great time so we didn't have to wait 45 mins to eat. The atmosphere is awesome!! You are at Johnny Rockets...lol. Definitely is a must go and will return.

We arrived before 7pm and the restaurant and bar were both already closed even though they were SUPPOSED to be open until 9pm. They then shut all the games down at 7:50 without any prior announcement and when we asked if they were closing, they stated they were closing early. To get help with the tickets machine (since they were all jammed) the guy behind the counter told me to find the worker on the floor and didnt even stand up to help us. Will not be coming back. I recommend going to Dave and Buster or even Fun factory. EDIT: have gone back recently and the bar is open again now.

We love bringing the kids here for some good food and the arcade. The place is clean and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you're at the shopping center. ProTip: if you are a local and you come here often--keep the arcade card you use. If you keep reloading and spend $250 you can upgrade the same card for an MVP card that gives you a better deal--a better bang for your buck. If you're not sure how much you've spent approach the prize desk and ask one of the staff to scan your card and let you know. As soon as you load the amount needed you can switch and use that load for your game play that day. Regular cards are Red--MVP cards are Blue and they say MVP.

Decent meal here. Came in for the playoffs to watch. Non of the tv’s had any volume. I just heard all the game machine noises Update 11/2019. Tries their A1 burger with fries. Good juicy burgers at a good price

Food is really good and the price is affordable and customer service is really good very attentive and polite....Sam provided good quality service....place is good for kids and adults....good place to eat and have fun the same time....

Good spot and probably better if you have kids. Lots for them to do. The Shakes were awesome which is what we actually came for.

My son loves this place. I just wish they had better deals like the other game places. $20 are gone in no time, where at CC or David Buster you can play much longer. Like the air hockey table has a timer- playing with a young kid takes often longer.

Not a very friendly place tho our Waiter was Great.... Everyone else we hd to deal with jus didn't seem to like their jobs and wasn't Customer Oriented at all and it wasn't even busy! We visited Johnny Rockets in Hollywood a couple years ago for My granddaughters 10th BDay and hd such a Fun time and the Staff there was very Attentive, Helpful & Lively with their Customers! (Our Shakes were in Real Glasses Too lol!) If you're looking for a Fun Family Place I wud stick to Chucky Cheese Kapolei! 😉
