Jersey Mike's Subs (s)

Aloha, I am at the Jersey Mike's Hawaii, Oahu, in Kapolei. I walked in to get the chicken salad sub with chips and a drink, and they're telling me they don't honor that. It's just the sandwich. However, it's advertised everywhere. Outside and in the restaurant. This is false advertising. I drove here for the limited deal to find out they don't honor what they post. I am completely disappointed. How can this get resolved? Mahalo

Sub was great, love it Mikes way, staff seemed overwhelmed though with counter orders and pickup orders coming in, had to make my sub twice due to mistakes and the gentleman before me experienced the same thing.

The auntie ahead of me ordered two subs. It was like 47.00. All she had was a 50 dollar bill. They said they don't take anything bigger than a 20 She left without her food. Shame on the store. The sarcastic guy at the register I said it was beef because of counterfeit bills What about those pens that people use to see if their counterfeit?

I love Jimmy Johns, the worker Hunter made me my sandwich, it was amazing. I could tell he really put his heart and soul into his work and it’s something really awesome to see. Shoutout Hunter and Jimmy Johns!!

#42 is pretty much the best hot sub you can get anywhere.

Food is always good and consistent. The service is very sub par. It does not meet the Jersey Mike’s way. You are greeted with a unwelcoming hello. Workers don’t seem to want to be there. There is a lady with pink hair and an underbite. Her attitude is awful. She speaks monotone… until you ask her to do something, then she will give you attitude. She also likes to judge customer orders right in front of them. And uses the parchment paper she dropped on the floor for sandwiches…

Food was good. Normal subs. Service was quick and friendly. What I do not understand is the price. I paid $35 and change for a regular Italian and a regular turkey and provolone. I also go 1 bag of lays potatoe chips. I was not paying close attention as I should have been. This evening I looked up costs and I should have paid around $16 plus the chips and tax. Did not get a receipt so cannot prove but I will not return due to this.

I am addicted to this place. I've legit ordered over 50 subs in the last few months. The delivery service is great and the food always comes hot and fresh no matter what you order. Please do not change and keep up the great work. Brings me right back to the east coast!! 😍😍😍 edit..... starting to slack last couple weeks... pick up the consistency a bit.

I've eaten here multiple times, you think for the high pricing the food would have to be amazing; well then you would be correct! The store offers multiple sandwiches my favorite of them being the philly cheese steak. I got my sandwich in 5 minutes of ordering. The cashiers were very keen and helpful they were professional the entire time I was in there, 5 stars!
