Jamba Juice - Kapolei (Kamokila Blvd)

Usually I'd give this a 5 star, but the fact that I ordered on the app, and they didn't have to do anything but make my order. It was beyond the time that was suggested, there wasn't anyone there, they were out of cup holders, and my two acai bowls were missing strawberries... Disappointed... Other than that, just as usual prices are higher than they used to be, the cups are plastic instead of the foam cups that keep the drinks cold... And the staff was nice. 8/5/20 - came here again. Staff was super nice and helpful, but they must be out of strawberries... AGAIN... The only issue that I have, is that these super nice and friendly staff, did not inform me that strawberries aren't on part of the bowl or that they're out.. maybe substitute the strawberries for more bananas and blueberries...ಠ︵ಠ

The only fresh fruit in the Acai bowl was the bananas. Strawberries and blueberries were not. When I mentioned going to Jamba to one of the locals, he said, "why didn't you go to Lanikai?" He was right, the next time we did and it was much better.

I ordered Acai Primo not granola bowl. Hopefully you guys hold back with the granola from now on. I know we get inflation but I paid for an acai bowl not granola bowl. Overall the service was great though just the extra serving of granola I never asked for.

Got a Primo Acai bowl and it had apple cinnamon granola on it. I think they ran out of granola and bought that at Safeway or something.. made the taste weird like I was eating apple pie which is not what I was craving. I would have rather been told they don't have granola and order something else than waste my money on that. Plus the other reviewer is right, the store really smells inside.

This location excepts mobile orders and in person orders. Of course masks are required at the time of this message. They do accept mobile payments from Samsung, Apple, Google. The workers at this location are usually friendly and helpful. The service is fairly quick and most importantly the drinks come out very good.

Can’t pass up the large orange drinks late in the day when I am trying to avoid coffee. Shop is always clean. Staff friendly helpful and fast. No issues with parking. This Jamba Juice is an enjoyable place to stop at.
