Jack in the Box - Kapolei (Farrington Hwy)

I usually get breakfast from here before I drive to school, but it takes so long for someone to answer at the drive thru. I’ve waited close to 10 minutes at the speaker on numerous occasions. I make an online order, and most times I still have to wait an additional 10 minutes. I was sitting at the window waiting for my food and I’ve heard the same employee say something along the lines of “They can wait,” referring to customers in the drive thru.

Brahhhh I arrived in the drive-thru at 4:49am. I received my order at 5:15am. When I’d pulled up to the speaker com, the woman at the other end yelled at me after I’d waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. My advice to not go there in the morning on a Monday. The employees are either cranky or not your friendly type of people…..

I brought my 84 yr old mother at this Jack in the box because I heard lot of bad reviews, well service was excellent, the food was just right not over cooked the only thing was the rest room wasn't working other then that for someone on a fixed budget it was good plus my 84yr old mother loves the sourdough jack sandwich, we'll be back

I do NOT like leaving a review like this for a place that is usually my fav go to for some fast food. This would be the 2nd time something was forgotten with my order, the first time it was something small, so I just let it go. This time around (I left there about 15 min ago), I ordered meals with an extra burger by itself... but I am getting ahead of myself here. When I first got to the drive thru, it didn't look too bad. Maybe 7 cars to the window. It took me 40 minutes to get to intercom to order. I was asked to "Please wait." 5 minutes go by and it starts to rain. Surely someone would come on any second. Another 5 minutes go by then finally someone takes my order. Great, I made my order and it took approximately 8 minutes to get to the window. Relieved, I just wanted to get outta there and get this home to my kids. Mind you, I don't live far from here. Kids complained the drinks were funny tasting and watery. and a whole burger was missing ($9.99). Never got a receipt and did not check my order as there were a whole gaggle of cars behind me and I wanted OUT! The other patrons behind me were probably just as annoyed as I was waiting in line forever. Despite all this Jack, I still love your food, but I won't be going to the one on Farrington ever again, even if you are only 3 minutes away from me.

30 Jan 26, 2pm, the staff on shift could not keep up with the lunch rush. It took 20 min to get my to-go order. A door dash customer was waiting before we got there and after we left. The workers chuckled amongst themselves about there not being any more tacos, then proceeded to inform the door dash driver of the situation and asked if it was ok to sub with french fries. An older couple eventually walked out after no one stopping to take their order, or informing them to order from the self-help screen. And if all that wasn't enough, I get home and see that my 4 dipping sauces (paid for) are nowhere to be found!

This place is awesome! I definitely recommend you going here! I have been many times!

Just Awful. They barely cared about the Customers standing there. I asked the Manager were was the Bathroom and Handwashing Facilities and THERE ARE NONE. I have children and a toddler the place was visibly FILTHY. The dirty tables and chairs were all strewn about haphazardly. I didn’t even see Sanitizer Stations. I seriously doubt the Employees are Sanitary.

I tried calling for 30 min. so I don’t write a review. I went through the drive-through. I was rushed by the lady in the window. This was around 10 o’clock. On November 24, 2025 when I got to the window I Apple Pay but I did not receive my receipt. Most of my food was OK but what was really disappointing was my child’s grilled cheese sandwich and how they prepared it was disgusting. Nobody ate it! I want a full refund back for my kids meal that did not get eaten. They didn’t put it on the correct bread. The cheese was like plastic on top of the bread. I’m not paying for that. Contact me as soon as possible. I know this is not the service that they usually provide. so this new crew they got going on, does not care about the kapolei community and you can tell. Or they got new management, which is really sad.

Isn't this place open 24 hour drive thru?? Well not according to the lady "working" here. She said they are closed. After waiting on the drive thru for 10 minutes. So I pulled up to the window. Maybe that should be posted some place. To bad McDonald's wasn't open right now! Or are they? Giant waste of time. Don't waste your time coming here early morning on the way to work.

Kind of spacious. Plenty parking. Food was quick and fresh. The egg in the breakfast sandwich kind of crispy which is pretty good.
