Island Vintage Coffee - Kapolei

Came here for the first time. We ordered Kimchi fried rice, Eggs, sausage, and rice, Waialua Moana Açaí Bowl, the Original Açaí Bowl, and for the drinks, the blended Vintage Kona Mocha. The açaí bowls were packed with deliciousness and flavor. The egg breakfast was nothing special and the kimchi fried rice was also good, but definitely not a traditional kimchi fried rice. They should advertise it as something else. The staff were super friendly and fast. Lots of tables to dine at and lots of available parking.

Good coffee drinks but can become easily over whelmed with a steady stream of business. The drinks are sweet and island themed but there are many excellent food options. My coffee drinks were prepared correctly and tasted good.

I take my Google reviews seriously — with over 1.5 million views on my reviews and 6 million views on my photos, I don’t hand out 5 stars lightly. When I say a place is amazing, it’s no understatement. Island Vintage Coffee completely blew me away. It’s been a long time since I’ve found a place that caters so beautifully to a plant-based diet without compromising on flavor, creativity, or quality. Every dish here is perfectly balanced — you can actually taste the freshness, the thoughtfulness, and the aloha in every bite. We loved it so much that we came twice in one day — once for brunch, and again for dinner. That’s how good it was. The acai bowl was one of the best I’ve ever had — vibrant, refreshing, and full of natural flavor. The vegan “bacon and egg” sandwich was pure genius — hearty, satisfying, and shockingly close to the real thing. And the veggie bagels were packed with flavor and texture in a way only a true chef with passion could create. If you care about health, flavor, and mindful eating — this is the spot. Island Vintage Coffee doesn’t just serve food; they serve an experience that leaves you feeling good inside and out.

We visited this spot a couple of times during our visit. The island plate, BALT and smoked salmon Benedict are very good. Plenty of coffee and smoothie options to choose from. We're not vegan, but there are plenty of vegan options to choose from.

Very touristy and a bit pricy for food, but the service is fast, and the outdoor seating area is nice. The food is okay, my acai bowl had a top layer of pure ice for some reason. Had to crack into thin ice before I got into the acai. Got an eggs benedict with little to no hollindaise sauce, and a salad that had rotten leaves buried underneath it. Overall, a very touristy and gentrified place to have breakfast at. This is the newer Kapolei location, though I have been to the Ala Moana location several times in the past, and recall their acai bowl portions being bigger...

Had açaí bowls and they were delicious! The small sizes were compact but enough for me. Their line was long in a Sunday morning, but the line moved fast enough!
