Great customer service from the young man. I forgot to scan my app for the points, so he gathered the Dunkin Support number so that I could call.

This week is nurse's week. Josh advised me to show appreciation they are giving away free coffee for all nurses today. This is what I'm talking about being recgonized and appreciated. That was really cool. Again, A1 customer service. Amazing mocha iced coffee, love the wraps, avocado toast, and donuts. I could on and on...I'm telling you Dunkin is where it's at!

I live on the mainland. My Mother lives in Kapolei. She loves Dunkin'. I tried ordering donuts through Uber Eats, Door Dash & GrubHub to have them delivered to her for Mother's Day from this location. This location has not been accepting orders for 3 days. Also, called several times to ask when their order window for delivery would be open, no one answered. I had to order them from the Pearl City location, so far out of the way with a ridiculous delivery charge.

Outlets don't work, why have them visible? Please fix them, that's pretty evil to do that. Otherwise people here are friendly who work here. Donuts for Banana cream are small too... 🙁

A very popular Dunkin location so I typically go inside instead of the drive-through which can be a little slow at times. Everyone in there is very welcoming and always happy to see a customer and help them. I love going early when the donuts are fresh and they are consistently tasty here. There’s a nice little area inside if you wanna eat there or you can go enjoy the weather outside. My favorite Duncan Location.

I decided to stopped by before picking up my mom from work in kapolei & it was already 7:53 pm, I knew they were going to close soon at 8 pm so i felt bad going right before they close. But even that they were amazing. Asked for a recommendation & the person in the drive thru sounded so nice & friendly recommending a drink. Btw i loved the drink. He was so nice at the window too. Totally forgot to ask for his name. African American i believe sorry I tried calling but they were already closed but I will definitely call tomorrow to get his name so he gets the praise he deserves. Love the friendly genuine interactions. Good customer service can make or break someones day. Will come back more often now! & love the clear cups!!! 🤩 👍🏽

The donuts are very delicious and soft. I recommend them for those who come from abroad and have never tried them! and the lady who served us was very friendly even though we took a while to choose the donuts 🤭 she was very friendly and always treated us well with a smile. The place is clean and space to eat there.

The Dunkin’ D’s at Kapolei is a favorite stop. Nice n soft, fresh doughnuts here. Favorites of ours include The Strawberry Frosted and Boston Creme. They have the Make a Wish doughnuts again this year. Not the Star Shape but same flavor : Blue vanillas frosted. Good doughnut for a great cause. Highly recommend this location 👍 …

Fast service. Nice little donut shop. Easy parking. My go to is Boston creme. Came in the other day to try thier power breakfast they have advertised as #1 but they were already out of flat bread so I had to get the croissant. This was like 10:00
