Domino's Pizza - Kapolei (Kapolei Parkway)

So i just got baned from this store because i called them about a BURNED PIZZA, NO i wasnt rude or anything but i called them and explained to them the situation and they baned me and claimed that since im not satisfied with there pizza they will no longer be serving me and that i couldn’t come to the store or place orders anylonger, and all i wanted to do was reorder the two pizzas i got that were very burned.

**Today, I ordered a pizza but did not receive it. I called the delivery driver and clearly provided my address. Within less than 3 minutes after the call, the driver arrived and stopped in front of my house. While I was walking out to meet the driver, the driver suddenly drove away very quickly. The call service was great from Kaipo at the store he was pleasant & patient, I requested for the driver to call me his name was Patrick I tried to give him the easy & fastest way to get to my home along with my gate code. He took over 5+minutes after he got in, besides the 30 minute along that? To get to me well anyways at least my pizza & bread bites was hot fresh & delicious it’s okay I’ll order pizza & more again they are amazing the Ewa beach location beside the delivery issues lol 😂 I love them anyways I definitely give them 2 thumbs up 😉👍🍕🍕🍕🍕❤️❤️❤️❤️ Aloha’z😎🤙

Easy online order and they completely missed toppings.. it was supposed to be mushroom and pepperoni.. and they didn’t even put mushrooms.. I asked for extra sauce and it had no sauce .. and thin crust was like eating a cracker .. horrible

Never had a problem with my order they have it ready for me when I arrive.. I use the tracker on my iPhone app of Domino's pizza and it all checks out.. Good thing for technology
