Service was slow, food was great if it stayed hot enough. The A/C is too high. Even our coffees were cold before we could finish it.

This is always a great spot to grab a meal! The staff here is super friendly, even when it's packed. Family-style dining is the best way to go; the food is always so tasty. We had a really busy night, and everyone was still on top of their game. Definitely a favorite stop for us. Shout out to Glenda and Nikki as our servers, Jasmine our hostess with the most, and everyone else keeping the place going.

Decided to get some breakfast with my daughter. No wait. Got seated right away and the host was also our server, Gavin. He was super attentive despite having a bunch of other tables and him being the only front of house person working. Loved his positive energy and great service. I did the build my own slam with a side of the brioche french toast and coffee. Food took about 10 minutes and everything was hot. Very enjoyable experience today. Great job Kapolei!

Gavin is very hospitable. Great customer service & just the right amount of personable without being overbearing lol. Also my daughter loved his nails 💅 This is our go to Dennys and none will ever compare. Been coming here since our kids were born now that I think of it. Wow how time flies. Great job Kapolei Dennys!

We always go to Denny's. Always been satisfied with their service and food. Our waiter today was totally AWESOME 👌. Over and above all others. There is no comparison . He made us feel important and hoping that we will have him as our waiter the next time we stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. God bless you Gavin. Gavin was amazing, he may ensure all of our needs were met, I must say we are from Canada and his service tops most of our services we receive at the Canadian chains of Denny’s. And by me saying that I mean his service was top-notch

The wait time to be seated was a little longer than we anticipated but the staff did a really great job with checking on the families that were waiting outside and thanked us for our patience. When we finally were seated we were greeted with a friendly face - Gavin. AMAZING SERVICE ! & that’s coming from someone who was once in the industry. He was quick, efficient, hospitable and thorough. He gave great recommendations (Brisket Sandwich and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich) mind you - we only came for appetizers. Our usual here is the buffalo chicken and zesty nachos with avocado and jalapeños but we couldn’t resist. And I’m so glad we didn’t. We finished up the evening with the oven baked caramel apple pie crisp - it’s a warm hug in a dish for those of you who haven’t tried it. Anywho, back to our server - Gavin. The restaurant was busy but he still made it a point to be a little personable with each guest - this is very important to me. Anywho, amazing experience. Btw, love the renovation !!

Jesse, our server, was very friendly and attentive! The pumpkin pancakes were delicious. The hostess gave us a 25 minute wait but it ended up being only a 10 minute wait. Great place to eat.
