Our server was awesome great moral. The food is awesome as usual. I really enjoyed myself with da ohana. The Bacon Cheese burger is good guarenz ball bearinz. I love that the Queso taste like the one I used to get from highschool in the 80s. Good stuff.

Our server was Akin! What an outstanding customer service and customer care experience. Akin served us with a smile, took really good care of us, always checking in, and most importantly we don’t need to be looking for our server for refills or ask for whatever we needed. Chili is busy on Sunday's so we understand if he takes long during rush hours. He served every table around us and made everyone feel welcome.

Akin was the best person and server we’ve ever witnessed anywhere we’ve been too! He was observant of our needs (literally came with boxes and everything like magic without even asking knew exactly how much and of what we needed. Our glasses never hit the bottom. Food came out perfectly. Really attentive to our needs without us having to say a word.), he’s super friendly, he’s careful and caring, and the best part of everything was how entertaining and funny he was from the moment we sat down literally endless needed laughs! My fur baby of 15 years passed 2 days ago and this was my first time outside since she got sick.. he literally made my day and I will always come back as long as I sit in his section! Don’t lose people like this, he deserves the world and a raise!❤️ thank you akinnn!

The chicken quesadillas was burnt on the sides and the tortilla was very tough...the chicken was very dry... I also ordered sides the jalapeno was chopped and seeds removed and guacamole was not tasty. I wanted to order Stella Artois and it is not on the beer menu.. I was very disappointed...although the waitress and bartender was both very courteous

Kelly the manager is wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure our family was well cared for after we had an issue with our payment. Service was great by our server Dylan as well. We appreciate the kindness that we receive from the staff here who always treat our family with care. Mahalo!!

Had the best customer service experience ever at Chili's at Kapolei. We had Akin as our server and I have never had someone so charismatic, fun, and hospitable as him at any restaurant experience before. It was a joy every time we got to interact with him and his personal touches and mannerisms made the dining experience a 100/10. The food was hot and fresh too: mozzarella sticks with an amazing cheese pull and entres that exceeded expectations. Came for the food, will come back for Akin 😂🤣💕

My first time ever at Chili’s was at this location. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Chili’s so I was soooo excited to try them finally We spent $80 for 2 adults and 1 toddler. We got the kid’s pepperoni pizza that came with fries & drinks for $12. 2 orders of the triple dipper, a sprite & molten cake (to go). Honestly my toddler’s food was wayyyy better than the triple dippers and I hate to admit it esp with them being $22 each. My mozzarella sticks weren’t melted so it tasted like I was eating a block of cheese with crust. Big mouths were dry but the chicken tenders (whatev they call it) was good. the customer service was good but we most likely won’t be coming back due to the food being expensive and not worth the price.

I never go to chains, I love the momma and papa's and going to the fresh spots to support the locals. The store was dusty throughout, and the food was barely seasonal, if any. The service was good, and the potato soup was the bomb. Other than that, this place was a bust. This place will be closed within the next 5 years. If they don't change something up.
