Very disappointed with my experience at Chick-Fil-A Kapolei. My fiancé and I decided to come in last night for dinner and a boy named Theran took our order. He seemed very unorganized and appeared unsure of what he was doing, which made the interaction feel chaotic and as if we were rushed to place an order. The service felt scattered and lacked the smooth friendly experience we usually receive at other Chick-Fil-A’s on the island. Customer service and efficiency are a big part of why people return, so this visit was disappointing. Hoping this was just an off day and future experiences improve.

Great food & better service. An old friend & I spent almost 3 hours chatting over lunch. The staff was VERY attentive, especially a young local guy who constantly checked on us to see if he could get us anything. I wish I had gotten his name. Even as he was leaving from his shift around 3pm he again checked to see if we wanted another refill on our drinks as we were leaving.

The food was as good as I’ve known it to be & it was really good! This is the first time we’ve eaten inside the restaurant & it was very clean & organized! I work with young kids so I was pleasantly surprised by the play kitchen near the back. The service is what stood out to us! The staff was very welcoming & warm & very friendly like we were friends! Also constantly checking on us to see if we’re doing ok & if we needed anything! Also when we were leaving they thanked us for dining in & hoping they’d see us again! We remember our cashier Darlene super friendly & kind! She & the staff gave us some of the best customer service we’ve had in a while! We will definitely return even though we don’t live near Kapolei but because of the amazing service we will return & tell our friends & family to patron Chick fil a Kapolei!

This chick-fil-a seems not care about cleanliness, I came to dine inside and almost every table was dirty, this is a common occurrence, I notice dirty tables floors and trash bins frequently. It wasn’t even busy which is why I came to submit this review. Staff are always friendly, Seems like a Management issue. You expect better from this establishment.

Best location on island. I willingly drive out of my way from town to here, and it's absolutely worth it every time. Staff is fantastic, food is always exactly how I ordered. Keep being the best version of Chick-Fil-A on Oahu!

Great food and amazing service if you haven't tried Chick Fil A yet its a must do. I've been to a few on the mainland and the Kapolei location is top notch. Real chicken, nuggets and Mac and cheese for my boy, and don't forget the polynesian sauce and the Frosted lemonade, kanak attack. Tell them Unko Braddah sent you.

We stopped by for a quick bite. The service was excellent as the young man who took our order was patient with our questions. The place was very clean and it had a children area with some toys and books, which our 14-month old granddaughter loved it. The food was meh, but perfectly fine for a fast food joint. Our granddaughter also liked her grilled chicken kids meal.

We tried the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Our first time at Chic fil a and it was better than we thought it would be. The Spicy chicken sandwich was as good as popyes but slightly different as it doesn't have the sauce on top, the spice is cooked into the chicken. Order it with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Walking in was definitely faster

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers a satisfying dining experience. I recently tried the chicken strips with fries and iced tea, and they did not disappoint. The chicken strips were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the golden, seasoned fries. The iced tea was refreshing, and the side kale salad added a healthy, flavorful touch to the meal. To top it all off, I enjoyed an ice cream cone for dessert, which was a creamy and delightful way to end my visit. Chick-fil-A continues to impress with its quality food and pleasant service.
