Drive thru experience was probably the worst. When I stopped, the attendant taking the orders was standing by my rear passenger door, forcing me to turn backwards to talk. Then to make it worst, he was speaking so soft I had to ask him repeat what he was saying. Once the order was complete he just walked away. I had to ask him if he had everything in my order. Then comes the "merge" between the vehicles making mobile orders and drive thru orders. Ridiculous. No sense of a process once you get to the window.

Young man working the drive thru taking orders near closing time tonight on June 20th did a great job. He took my order last time as well about a week ago. Both times I arrived before they close and he’s always friendly, great attitude and motivated, mahalo🤙🏼

Amazing. Best fast food meal! Amazing lemonade, spicy chicken deluxe w/chik fil a sauce and the new waffle fries recipes is such a good combo. Edit: went to back the next weekend, planned my errands around getting my fix lol. I even got there 4 minutes to early and waited in the parking lot. Same exact order, was SO good. Chicken was fried fresh and hot i bit into it and chicken juice exploded on my arm lol. I was pleased and confused bc fast food is never this fresh lol. I'm not even a chicken burger person, but this is easily one of the best eyes roll back astoundingly good things I've had in a while. I hope it maintains quality for as long as possible...and I wish they would open on Sundays but understand and respect why they don't.

We catered Chick-fil-A boxes from this location for our niece Jaaliyah’s graduation in Waipahu, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The store manager personally brought the boxes out to our vehicle, confirmed all the details of our order, and even helped load everything into our car. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. A huge thank you to the branch manager and the entire team for doing such an amazing job and helping make our celebration extra special. Outstanding new Kapolei location. Nothing to complain about here.. The service was excellent and the food was great. Everything you could expect from Cick-Fil-A! We will be back, thats for sure!

From the moment you walk into this Chick-fil-A, whether it’s busy or quiet, you’re made to feel genuinely welcome. There’s a warmth here that keeps me coming back. The food is always fresh and delicious, and on this visit, Nick at the register stood out—he was incredibly patient, kind, and truly went the extra mile to help. It’s experiences like this that turn a simple meal into something special.

They charged me for extra pickles, I get it, food cost. BUT i open up my bag seeing this big container. First i was like “wow they gave me a lot!” but there were TWO PICKLES in that bucket. what the hell. what is this. definitely not worth it.

Okay, we all know the food is good. We want those nuggets. The reason I am reviewing is the service. We have come a few times while on holidays and the staff is phenomenal. The owner was here each time, serving guests, handing out samples and helping out. They had a craft one day and the girl helping it was lovely! We will come back just becuase of the staff. But also the nuggets and play place.
