Burger King - Kapolei (Farrington Highway)

Worst experience after waiting in the drive thru line for 15 plus minutes. Only to make it to the window to get the wrong order. I go inside to return the wrong order, only to get the run around. The manager appears go be clueless! Mind you the restaurant was empty !

$3.99 for a drink and no refills? That is crazy. Prices are out of control. We paid almost $40 for 2 burger meals. Never going back there again.

$40 for 2 medium meals They couldn’t even refill my cup with ice water. I think the only reason they still have customers is because people don’t pay attention to how much they spend or because they don’t want to be embarrassed by backing out of the drive thru

I enjoy coming to this location. Customer service is always great in the drive thru. Foods always fresh no matter what time of day I go. Definitely my go to burger place when im willing to spend a little more than usual

The food was great and the value deal was a winner for me and my family. When we arrived, we wanted to go through the drive thru???but the girl on the intercom told us to ✋️ wait and she's tend to our order request momentarily? We'll we waited for almost 10 minutes with no response. So we decided to drive around and see if we can get our meal inside 🤔. While driving around, I noticed 2 cars still waiting at the drive thru window still 🙃 😅 waiting? So explanation was given with the backlog

The drive thru was as expected from a drive thru: Quick and efficient. Cashier was patient and friendly enough for our brief interaction. BK is my keiki's preferred fast food for french fries...Don't forget to ask for salt if you want a flavored fry!

The employees were polite, food was fine. When I saw these signs on the refill station I asked employee when they will reopen. She said never. Won’t be returning. There are plenty of burger places where I can get a refill.

They are working with the worst Scam Towing company called VIP Towing; I parked in their parking spots, and I wanted to get a Starbucks coffee before eating here. The minute I walked away, my car was towed! It was unbelievable! It cost me $250 ( and they only take cash!!!) to get my car back after they took it to Honolulu. You are loosing customers this way! This towing business is a Scam and Burger King lost a customer for life!
