Wingstop (1210 Dillingham Blvd)

First off my food was delivered still the wings were hot, fresh and crispy. In addition, fries were well seasoned. You can't beat Wingstop...you gotta try it!

ordering on doordash, almost on hour 2 now and my dasher is telling me that they haven't even started yet due to them being short staffed, are they not allowed to just pause orders online if it takes so long to start on them??? update : it took 2 hours for my order to be completed and 2 different dashers waited like an hour

The workers were friendly, and the food itself was great. However, the wait time was extremely long. I ordered an 8-piece wing combo with fries and a drink at 4:00 PM, but I didn’t receive my food until 4:45 PM. That’s entirely too long for such a small order. I also had to go back up to request ketchup, which I feel should have either been offered or placed in the bag from the beginning. Another thing that confused me was the lack of visible trash bins, so I ended up leaving my tray on the table. The atmosphere could also use some improvement. The TV volume was extremely loud, the restaurant felt a bit cold, and some of the tables had not been cleaned off. Overall, the food was good, but the long wait time and overall vibe make this a 3-star experience for me.

Worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. I will not be coming back. I ordered a 15-wing combo that included drinks, but after paying I found the soda machine was completely empty. This should have been communicated before I ordered. When I brought it up, the employee (Mimi) told me, “It’s not my fault, I don’t have to tell you, and you just have to deal with it.” She also said that her boss doesn’t care about these issues and that she doesn’t care either. Another employee told me I should “just deal with no-sugar drinks,” which is not what I paid for. No apology, no alternative offered, and no refund for drinks I couldn’t even get—just a dismissive attitude the entire time. Running out of items is one thing, but the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. This location seriously needs better management and customer service

Food was great, however, our entire order was messed up and the lady at the counter was very dismissive and us ordering seemed like the least of her worries… I ordered bone in wings and when I received them, they were boneless. My fiancé ordered tenders also dry and they put hot sauce on his order. They also forgot my veggie stick sides. I love Wingstop and will continue doing come again, but not to this location. The family next to us also got the wrong thing and brought it up to the lady at the register. They were very rude. I also had to wait in line to get the bathroom code and once I got the bathroom code, the code worked but was locked.

Ordered bone in wings and got boneless, another “check your order before you leave” type of place Update to tonight’s debacle Took the order back in person and told them I ordered bone in and said it twice on the phone when I ordered and they said they just follow what’s on the receipt and continued to correct me when they were the ones that got my order wrong. I shouldn’t have to double check work after work when I’m just tryna get dinner. Cashier made me feel like I’m wrong the whole time. Guess that’s the norm nowadays to check every little thing cause the management can’t get it together. Another update: paid to have my order changed to bone in and half was still boneless and the bone in I did get was a completely different flavor, idk man just don’t go here swipe left, skip, 86, all that stay clear

My family and I were visiting Honolulu from Canada. Looked for Delivery service and we used Uber Eats and purchased from Wingstop with a $100 order late in the evening on Monday. Delivery took over an hour to get to us first of all. Then half of our order was missing. I contacted the restaurant right away. They said they forgot to give the other bag to the driver and we could contact the driver to go back and get it or they were willing to refund half our order. We chose to go with the latter for the late hour with young kids and just split what we got. They advised us it would take close to 7 business days to arrive. When I didn't get a refund after 7 days I called the restaurant back and they said it wasn't their problem and I would have to reach out to Uber Eats. That whoever I had spoken with had provided wrong information. I then called Uber and they said because it was outside of the 48 hrs (which I was unaware of) that they couldn't do anything about it, would even offer a credit. So they will be getting a poor review as well and since this is my first time using Uber I won't use them again either.

I ordered Uber Eats and paid for 2 blue cheese and got ranch and whatever sauce this is so now I’m stuck with wings and fries and no dipping sauce and I tried to call the store but they closed 🫠

My husband ordered online and picked up in store. Here is a photo of my garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich. It’s burnt beyond being edible. I’d love to know who boxed this to actually serve to someone to eat. PATHETIC.

I'm asking for a refund now. Asked for 15 boneless wings and the new cashier rang up a 15 wing 2 person meal combo. Didn't realize it until after I paid the extortion level price. So for a 2 person 15 peice meal and a normal 10 wing meal was over 50 bucks. I didn't question the price because their prices became ridiculous *******old 2 star review below, new one above******* Not too many wing places on Island. They are rather expensive and the wings are not that meaty most of the time. The sauces are good though. Came here on a weekend and the crew had hard core rap blaring through out the place, not what i want to listen to when i eat wings. Fyi check in on yelp for a good deal
