Timmy T's Gourmet Grinders Sandwich Shop (888 Kapahulu Ave)

During our week stay in Hawaii we found this great sandwich shop and they did not disappoint!!!! Clean friendly and of course great sandwiches!!! We came here 4 times in 7 days🤣highly recommend

Expect Jimmy John's on a sweet bread, but way less meat. I got the number 12. Like literally 2 pieces of turkey, pretty disappointing.

I was having a shock-worthy, messy sub sandwich to celebrate the life of my best friend's brother so I ordered the King Kamehameha and added chicken, pastrami and tuna to it. I know, I know... but this was a tribute. Not only did Timmy T's make a beautiful sandwich, somehow it tasted amazing. What a great little shop to try if you're in the mood for quality sandwiches. Also, their delivery was quick and courteous.

Friendly, fast and great service. Very clean restaurant. First time in and enjoyed it very much.

Came with my four year granddaughter who is very picky about what she eats. She ate it all! Happy grandma! Plus it was nice, cool and clean inside! Price was also perfect for my taste.

So Stoked that Timmy T’s opened a new location in Waikiki . Do you call them Grinders? Or Subs? Either way, they can be called delicious… I went in and they help me decide what to get… I got a couple of their most popular sandwiches and a super unique walking salad 🚶🥗😲 You can eat it there in there retro beach feel dinning area or like me got it to go to enjoy the outdoors. Oh and Pro Tip: LOTS IF FREE PARKING! On the lot right above the store..🚗 Located at 888 Kapahulu Ave, Honolulu, our new sandwich shop is just a mile from Waikiki Beach, Kuhio Beach Park, and Kapiolani Park Beach. They are right next to Safeway in the Kapahulu Shopping Center. Timmy T's makes it easy and convenient to grab a delicious sandwich . We offer unique flavors and options - perfect choice for a quick meal or to enjoy a the park or the beach🤙

This place has delicious sandwiches, I loved my tuna sandwich! Their wheat bread was incredible as well. I would definitely come back!

I bought Da Big Kahuna sandwich and it was very tasty. It tasted very clean like a healthy food. They really packed it also, it was a lot to eat. They serve a very healty tasty sandwich with great personality.

I went into Safeway Kapahulu for a sandwich and saw a line 10 deep. I decided to try Timmy T's and what a great way to turn around my disappointment with Safeway! Besides the excellent customer service from the person building my sandwich, the atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and overall, my type of establishment. To top it all off, the sandwich was phenomenal. I appreciated the recommendation and got #9 "The Goodfella" that included Salami & Capocollo, Ham, Provolone cheese, Onions, Sauce, Shake, Lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely filling and better than that other green and yellow sandwich spot. Definitely visiting this place again. Oh and they deliver at a cheaper rate than Grubhub or any of those delivery services. 😁 Try it out, you will not be disappointed 👌 I just read some signs and had to laugh at the one about teenagers. If you are easily offended, as I read in some comments, maybe this isn't the place for you. But if you can accept people have different opinions and that everyone is trying to make a living... and making great sandwiches, try it out. ❤️ No hate people, all love.
