The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood

Lived up to our expectations. Actually exceeded expectations. Opens for happy hour at 4:30 for the dedicated elevator. Line was already there at 3:30. No reservations are accepted for happy hour. Good time to be there if you want a good view. There were seats at the bar also. Look at the Happy Hour menu. My wife had the $32.95 prime ribeye plus a little extra for a salad. I had a steak tips with mushrooms and onions for $10. There was another menu with happy hour prices that had my steak tips on it and the reduced beer and wine prices. Compared to other restaurants I don’t think the drinks were discounted much but I did have a beer for $7. The views of the ocean were excellent and you could even see the top edge of Diamond Head. Live piano music started at 6 PM just as we left. Our server Kalie did a fantastic job.

Took my wife there for her birthday. Food and views did not disappoint. Service was expected to be a little better especially when it comes to the wait time to be served and the amount of time it took for us to even get the complementary bread. Other than that, it was amazing food and our server was really nice about the wait time and brought us a birthday dessert. Would revisit.

My family and I came to celebrate Mother's Day here. All the dishes was ala carte, no combos and a few specials. Our server was courteous and somewhat friendly. He suggested we order a few sides along with the steaks. We didn't wait long for our food to arrive. We also had a complimentary side and dinner rolls. For the main dishes, we ordered a tomahawk, Wagyu and filet mignon. All were delicious and juicy. My favorite was the mushroom risotto. The lobster Mac and cheese was okay, it had chunks of lobster and it was somewhat dry. For dessert, my brother tried the molten chocolate souffle because he saw it on social media. Overall the food was amazing but not cheap.

I would like to start this review out by saying that the gentleman named Norman was absolutely fantastic! I would come back just to have the exceptional service provided by him. Now for the food. My wife and I started with the free house made butter salted dinner rolls which were delicious. We then shared the fried buffalo shrimp which were also pretty good. We then shared a ceaser salad which was a bit bitter. It almost tasted like the lettuce was dirty. For our mains, my wife and I had the 8oz Filet. I had a lobster tail with mine which was served with a butter sauce and lemon, tasted really nice. My filet was an end piece which I wasn’t to happy with. My wife’s filet was a solid cut. The steaks were cooked the way we asked but the flavor was just a bit off. Almost as if the meat had sat out for too long. For our table sides, we shared grilled asparagus, house made fries, lobster mac and cheese, and the free garlic truffle mashed potatoes. All of the sides were delicious specifically wanting to give credit to the lobster mac! Lastly, for dessert, we had the chocolate mousse cake and cream brûlée, both being delicious. This restaurant is a must try for the environment and service provided. The food however was nothing to write home about. We will definitely be back to try something else other than the Filets!

Wow, had a spectacular evening here! View is stunning. My rib eye was cooked perfectly, one of the best steaks I have ever had. My wife's Waygu New York was fantastic also. Our server was fantastic and knowledgeable. He recommended the asparagus and it was great. Bruschetta was perfect. French onion soup had amazing flavor to it.

Fantastic food and service. We went during happy hour. If you’re going for happy hour I recommend getting there at least 30 min early before 430. Line start in the hotel lobby by the elevator. Once in we were seated right away. For a large group of 8 we had to split up but that’s ok. It was nice going in a large group as well cause we got to try lots of food. Everything was so good and portions were very good as well. Had to get the steak as well which was delicious. Service was great and attended to what we needed. Highly recommend a visit during happy hour especially to save a little money.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, refined without feeling stiff. The steaks were cooked exactly to temperature, with a beautiful sear on the outside and perfectly tender inside. The flavor was exceptional, well-seasoned, rich, and clearly high-quality cuts of beef. The sides were just as impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and plated beautifully. The service truly elevated the evening. Our server was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations that did not disappoint. Drinks were refilled promptly, timing between courses was seamless, and we felt genuinely taken care of the entire night. If you're looking for a steakhouse that delivers both top-tier food and impeccable service, this is it. We’ll absolutely be back.

The photo of our “view” from the table pretty much sums it up. We waited for over an hour to get the very worst table in the restaurant. We are on the 16th for for sunset and get… Shoved behind a giant support pillar in basically the waiting area. In hindsight, I wish I had passed on the table and waited for next available, but I had already been waiting for a long time. The overall wait time for drinks was ridiculously long, the food came before the drinks, the wine order was wrong, and the service was friendly but lacking (not his fault, they are SO busy!). The burrata was good. The something else (see pic) was incredibly unappetizing (see pic, it’s what seems to be canned dog food on rice). What had the potential to be an amazing night was a 0/10.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome from start to finish. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The views were truly stunning like something straight out of a movie. The atmosphere, the skyline, and the ocean all came together to make this a perfect dining experience. If you’re in Waikiki and want great food with unforgettable views, this place is a must. I would definitely come back!

It was our first time visiting and had a great date night at Signature! We were quickly seated and greeted. We were there for happy hour and their selection was quite good. We tried the soft shell crab, the steak sliders, truffle fries, ahi poke and calamansi brûlée. The sliders presented well and were fresh but honestly were a bit bland. My wife enjoyed the crab and the truffle fries were quite good. The star of the show however was the poke. Oh my. The texture was soooo buttery. Delicious. I would gladly go back for that and the brûlée. Nice ambiance and the piano playing was an excellent touch. We will definitely be going back!
