About
Freshly Brewed in the Heart of Keeaumoku
Stepping into this Honolulu outpost, you are greeted by the hum of industrial espresso machines and the sharp, clean scent of freshly steeping loose-leaf tea. Unlike standard boba shops that rely on pre-mixed powders, this spot sticks to a methodical process: each cup is pulled as an individual shot, ensuring the tea base retains its natural tannins and floral notes.
The menu is built for the adventurous drinker who appreciates precision. If you are wandering through the dense commercial stretch of Keeaumoku, it serves as an ideal pitstop for a midday reset. The signature process—brewing tea per order—means you might wait a few extra minutes compared to a typical grab-and-go kiosk, but the resulting clarity in flavor is well worth the patience.
Expect a menu that leans heavily into customization. You can dictate the exact sweetness levels and pick from an array of house-made toppings. The honey boba here has a distinct, chewy resistance, never crossing into mushy territory. The space is efficient and minimalist, designed for functionality rather than lingering, making it the perfect choice for locals grabbing a drink before heading further into the city or navigating the nearby shopping centers.
A minor heads-up: parking in this dense Honolulu corridor can be a bit of a localized sport, so be prepared to navigate the shared lots carefully. Once you have that cold, perfectly balanced Earl Grey milk tea in hand, however, the hustle of the street fades into the background.

Really disappointed with the customer service here. We ordered a Waikiki Sunset with lychee jelly. After a long wait, they handed us the drink, but all the layers were already completely mixed. It was obvious they forgot the jelly and had to open it back up to add it in. Rather than just explaining the situation to us or asking beforehand, they took it upon themselves to mix the drink and ruin the aesthetic just to cover their tracks. I’ve attached a picture of what this drink is actually supposed to look like versus the pre-mixed mess we were given. If you make a mistake, just tell the customer—don't ruin the drink without asking.

The customer service was terrible. No greeting, not friendly at all, and the staff member seemed annoyed the whole time. She spoke very quietly and acted like she didn’t want to be there. The juice was also disappointing.

Had the Dubai Chewy Cookie and the Ube version! Pretty pricey compared to other competitors. Also you can barely taste the ube in the Ube version.
