Taco Bell - Honolulu (Kalanianaole Hwy)

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I use the iPad and checked out, press pay with cash. And waited 25 minutes for someone to come up to the counter to help me. Took me 30 minutes to get my food for absolutely no reason other than poor management and customer service, I wasn’t offered a sorry or anything. I had to bring it up to the manager’s attention myself, where he started blaming me for not knowing how it worked. Once again, I have never had such a horrible time at a fast food restaurant of my life.

Have patience... they don't have enough workers. It was a wait, but they are kind and got our correct. Only drive thru was open due to staff shortage.

Steak hard shell tacos were really good. The big guy there today answered our questions but he was not very friendly 😳

Whoever brought back the taco salad, even in mini version, deserves as raise. Please don’t ever discontinue it again. We’ll take the big one any day, but this will do for now.

They were under construction and my autistic child wanted burritos and our vehicle was unable to pass under the height marker, so we waited in line, they took our order, and when we appeared at the window to get our food, they refused to serve us. Is it Taco Bell policy to deny a disabled person food if they can’t physically drive through a drive through?

Ordered on the mobile app for pickup for 3 items, one of them slightly customized. I go inside when the tracker tells me my order is ready. I see it on the rack, completed. I stand there for almost 10 minutes with four employees clearly within view, who have all looked at me, but completely ignore me, before one finally walks close enough for me to ask to hand me my order. Pathetic. And to top it off, the item I requested modification on? Not done properly. I paid extra for potato, and didn’t get it. The jalapeños and pico I paid extra to be added INSIDE the burrito were instead in cups on the side. I guess I should be grateful, since I won’t be going back so I’ll be eating healthier.

Mannnnn, I am a huge fan of Taco Bell! To be honest it has always been my secret pleasure. So, today we decided to hike KoKo Crater but first we needed to fill up for the adventure ahead. I saw a Taco Bell employee walking near by and knew we needed to find the Taco Bell! I whipped out my phone and went to my handy dandy Taco Bell mobile app. I quickly placed an order and we headed to the Taco Bell location. When we arrived I was greeted by a nice employee at the counter, but first I noticed a hand sanitizer station at the door. (Standard and should be standard at all places to eat now a days). My food was ready almost immediately when we walked in and it was 10/10 what I expected. This review is mainly for the covid safety of this place and I would rate 10/10 on the safety meter. Great place to sit down and have a good meal at. Can get quite crowded, loud and messy just after school hours. Depending who’s working they usually clean up pretty quickly afterwards. Close by to other shops with parking onsite and drive-through.
